I Bought the new gobbler sandwich, a beef gyro and a large fry. My girlfreind was eating the gobbler sandwich when she started spitting out her food because she had just bit into the back half of a full size fly that was cooked into the sandwich. I called Arby's and they asked me to bring the sandwich to them so they could verify, I returned to Arby's with 80 percent of the sandwich left and the entire front of the fly still cooked into the sandwich. I showed the manager and all she did was apologize and offer me a couple coupons for a specific sandwich that I don't even like. I requested a refund and the manager said no problem but only refunded the sandwich with the fly in it and not the gyro or fry that I had also ordered. I explained to her that the beef gyro and fry were sitting at my home getting cold on the kitchen table because i had to drive back to the restaurant to return the sandwich with the fly in it. And honestly at this point I was pretty grossed out and no interest in eating the other sandwich. She argued that she had already given me the coupons but after going back and forth she ended up agreeing to refund the rest of the meal. After I got home I realized that she still charged me for the fry and had only refunded the 2 sandwiches. I can't believe that a company like Arby's wouldnt automatically provide a full refund in a situation like this, my girlfriend had eaten half a fly from there sandwich and there response is a partial refund and a coupon to try a new sandwich they have. From the very start of waking through the doors to running to the bathroom with diarrhea, truly every person needs to try this food made at this very establishment. In fact, Arthur was very helpful in helping me order my food (which later messed with my IBS). Although near the end, my tummy started to rumble and I remembered my IBS. With impeccable speed, I charged into the public restrooms at the establishment. Lucky Arthur assisted me in my frivolous attempts of releasing my bowels. He looked up at me, his eyes glistening with determination, “We will make it through, together.” We stayed in the bathroom for another half hour, determined to wait out my IBS. And informed I cant just cancel and get my money returned thru the app..its 3 day wait for the charge to be reversed. So i take them up on the 15- min wait. They should have just given mey cash back out of the drawer to be decent. Now im waiting and wasting my time on my dime.
