The minute I pulled onto the street I reached in the bag for some french fries cuz I was hungry. They were ice cold! Not just the top ones but all of them. No heat at all in the fries! I went home immediately to eat. When I opened the double filet of fish it was barely warm but I ate it anyway because I was hungry. I microwaved the fries and they became soggy. Then I opened the quarter pounder. It was cold. I took it off the bun and microwaved it. Before I did I noticed it had been over cooked so warming it didn't really help. The plain double hamburger was for my dog. That was the only thing that was fairly warm. UNBELIEVABLE! The coke was free because I told your employee that the last time I was there they forgot to give me my medium Coke. I was so disgusted by this meal that even though I wasn't hungry anymore I polished off 2 blueberry muffins just to get the crappy McDonald's taste out of my mouth. Every time I have gone to this McDonald's there has been something wrong with my order. I think I learned my lesson this time. I will probably never be back! There isn't much Choice around here for fast food late at night. I guess I'm down to either Taco Bell or Wendy's. I don't want a free meal from you or 10 free meals. I would love to have my money back and a big apology, but I will not going to hold my breath for that. I thought that being a brand new McDonald's things would be much better but they suck worse than either of your other stores. As a matter of fact your old store on Prairie Hill was pretty good. My favorite employee there was Mickey. she always made sure my food was good and hot. I used to go through the drive-thru there 2 3 4 times a day. The one on State Street is not the worst but they screw up your orders more often. Plus, it's at location, there are too many homeless people approaching cars. It was so bad one night I left the line and went to Madison Road instead.
And then again tonight we went by just to get a $1 Coke. Because we ate Taco Bell across the street and they only have Pepsi. But when we went there, the whole thing was closed. No signs on the window nothing. Nobody at the drive-thru. It's supposed to be a 24-hour McDonalds. I guess the employees just didn't feel...

I had a mobile order that didn't work correctly. She let me know they switched systems. No big deal I work in tech I know apps aren't always working correctly. I show her the order and that it's pending in my account over $115 I was buying order for family that just found out there was a death.
I double checked the order and it wasn't correct. I reach out to ask her again she walks past and ignores me. I finally get her attention and show her the emailed receipt. The eye roll and sigh that came out couldn't be more clear how much of an inconvenience this was. Again I understand it's busy and it's a big order. Another 5 min and I clarify she is not having it and continues to ignore me. By then I've been there for 30 min while she makes other orders. I finally get my order 45 min later and tell her hey I understand that this was a big complicated order but it was for a family who was dealing with a death we all have things going on but it was rude and I only spoke to her about missing items. She shoots back well I went to a funeral too. 8 bags of food and 2 drink trays and what was supposed to be a mobile order where multiple people would bring to me or take more thank one trip and not one offer to help. She handed me the hot decaf first... the cup felt iced cold. I gave back to the worker. Asked for the manager because it's happened before. She had an attitude right away. Said "PULL UP" and slammed the window. I waited because I wanted my money back, not trusting her. She snapped GIVE ME YOUR CARD! I ordered on app, can you give me cash? Slammed window shut, then opened and slapped the cash in my hand and some fell on ground, slammed window shut and left. I waited, so she said WHAT?? I said some fell on the ground. She said WHAT, A PENNY? I was trying to talk to her about a defaced coin that looked like a dime when she wouldn't let me talk was just insulting me for making a stink about a penny asking what kind of world do I live in that I get upset over a penny not letting me actually tell her what was going on. The whole visit was that way. She yelled, snapped & insulted me. She turned away again. I waited. Cars were lined up so she came back. I asked if she knew the coffee was that iced cold.
