I just called for my aunt renee and i, in roselle, nj and DOMINO's tracker that is usually on point say the driver allegedly left like 41 min. ago?
Luckily i am visiting my auntie in roselle,nj because i am the type who will get in car,and go say something when they are lieing about how long the food take,should not be no damn 45 min. (if the driver supposedly left as domino's tracker say at 2:50 p.m. so i demand to speak to the so called mgr. with a thick accent. I ask him his name five times today... However the so-called mgr., had never gave i to me,so i am sure 1 day going to get it,not hard to do.
But i told the 'so called mgr."stop misleading my aunt.There was no way the guy left almost a hr.ago when she live seven to 10 blocks away! By car it only take 3 to 4 minutes,if that! SMH TO ROSELLE,NJ DOMINO's MGR., on S.Georges Avenue: DON'T LIE to your paying customers in the local area, who are placing order almost a hour prior, we are not stupid. the food was hot though,and tasty the breadstick parmesan bites i think are delicious. I don't live here but i visit my fave aunt here all time, to check up on her,and keep her company as her sons are in the army,and my female cousin work over seas at times. My auntie is elderly,so i am 1 who each week-when i visit we like ordering in sometimes from DOMINO's in Roselle,NJ But we sure would have went out if you are going to mislead and lie to the elderly,and younger or older don't matter. Just be honest,and do not say,it's on the way knowing dam-n well it's not. GET SOME DRIVERS.
PAY EM A DECENT WAGE,not just minimum wage,then maybe there will be more than only 1 driver in this nice area of linden,roselle nj... I did an online order by Uber Eats yesterday evening around 6:15pm. It starts off where the delivery driver decides to click on completed order when I never received my order . Now by that time it’s close to 7:30ish so I called the store. Where a very young girl picked up rudely and his gasping in the background as I’m telling her I never received my order. I ask to speak with a manager. She gets the phone that even worst because she basically accused me of lying and told me to change my uber eats message “leave at the door step”. She is arguing with me on the phone saying her driver delivered the food . As we going back and forth it is now 8pm and she saids I’ll make another order for you and have the driver call you on your cell phone when he gets to house. Never happened! It is now close to 9 pm . My kids haven’t ate dinner and at this point I am so disgusted on how the customer service from this store is going. I decided to drive to the store. When I walk in the manager is on the phone with the delivery driver saying bring back the food she in the store. When I saw the face of the delivery driver he just looked stunned 😳 and in shock and went to the store. He knows he never dropped my order the first attempt. You also lied in my face that you did. Read moreWife ordered a few things. I wanted to try the stuffed crust pizza. Food arrives in a timely manner. Driver was very nice so that’s a plus. The food on the other hand … well let’s just say you could give children play-doh and a pretend pizza may be a better option. The food was cold. I don’t mean slightly cold I mean all heat had run from this food as fast as you could imagine. Parmesan bite things.. flavorless. I’m not expecting Michelin star food but man.. way to disappoint. One pizza was a collection of grease and underneath that grease was something you may or may not refer to as “pizza”. Just grease on grease on grease. So much oil I could save it when my car is due for service. The other pizza had been warm once because the cheese was melted to the top of the box.. so that was new. Needless to say my wife called this location, asked for a manager. The person said “I can help you” but wouldn’t identify if they were or weren’t a manager. After explaining the situation he says “would you like a refund” to which my wife said “yes” and his reply was “well we can’t do that” and then goes on about how were the only complaint they’ve had. Part of me says that’s amazing, and the other part of me wants to call BS. Needless to say between the terrible food and rude “management” I’d stay away from this location.
