Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roselle

I had a very disappointing experience at this location this morning around 8:45 AM. The customer service was VERY poor — the manager was EXTREMELY rude, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and the quality was VERY unacceptable. There was only one strip of bacon, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the egg was still frozen in the middle. On top of that, my iced coffee was made EXTREMELY incorrectly — I asked for butter pecan flavor, and it was completely left out. It tasted bland and nothing like what I ordered.

This experience felt rushed and careless from start to finish. I hope the management takes action to support their staff and improve food and drink preparation. I won’t be returning to this...

I usually go to this Dunkin’ a few times a week and never have to wait on the drive thru. Today was different the lady told has she was the only working there today so I understood but when she was giving us our order we saw that she was crying and we asked her if she was alright. She then began to tell us of a rude customer was cursing that her because she didn’t attend him fast enough. They call the roselle police but they didn’t do anything about it. I could tell that she was very upset and I ask her were her manager has and she respond it she had no idea. I hope who owns this dunkin do something about it because I believe that lady does not want to work there anymore. Fame on who ever runs this DD. We us people should not go to work and be...

update it doesnt matter who is working what these girls/ladies share the same attitude and apparently they share the same brain..when one has a problem they all have a problem..i asked for a cup holder for my 2 coffees ..first i get an eye roll then i hear tooth sucking..next my son got 10 glazed munchkins but was given a dam sprinkled donut..we sent it back only to be wrong again with chocolate munchkins ..but their attitude of the mix ups were terrible and was just that an ATTITUDE ..LASTLY I PAIDFOR ALMOND MILK IN MY COFFEE ONLY TO PULL OFF AND REALIZE ITS CREAM...
