NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a meal deal through the app, requested pickup in 20 minutes, arrived at location shortly after to a rude employee asking to see my order, no please or what’s your order number, etc. Getting past the rudeness, my order comes out a few minutes later, not sure why it took more than 20 minutes to prepare but it did. After receiving the order, I drive off , check order, it’s WRONG! I go back to drive thru window and advise the manager, he says this is all we have. Now I am upset, you just give me what you want NO! Cancel the order because I don’t like dark meat but you forced it on me. The manager says I thought it was for the customer, I said I am the customer. I am assuming he thought I was a delivery courier. The manager asked me to give order back which I did however tells me I need to go on app and request refund, I said I need your information or something in writing saying you took food and advised to go on app, he refused so I took a faceless pic of him with the food, oh he was very disappointed. I really don’t care at this point because how dare you run an establishment in my area and not provide some type of customer service....

I arrived to the the drive-thru to place my order waited 5 minutes and no one said anything. I proceeded to say hello an attempt to get someone attention via the drive-thru intercom, still no response. Just when I was about to drive off. Imran begin screaming “why are you saying hello, hello, hello” at the top of his lungs. After I patiently waited for 5 minutes without being greeted or told to hold on. Please keep in mind there was no cars in front of me. Even if they were busy that behavior was completely unacceptable! I drove to the window to speak to a manager and to my surprise Imran with that horrendous attitude is the manager. He continued to be disrespectful with a condescending tone and sarcasm when I was simply asking him why was he yelling through the intercom. This man should not be a representative or a leader for a franchise as big as Popeyes. I will be calling corporate to solve this issue. Read moreIf I could give them a 0 I would. Today' s experience was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. The guy at the window, Imran, was very rude and nasty to me. I ordered and paid online for fast service and when I arrived he demanded I came inside because my food was not ready. I explained I could wait and he annoyingly directed me to pull up and wait by the door. I waited over 15 minutes as the drive thru was very busy, he took everyone's order and when I went back to the window my food still was not made. The guy was non-responsive to the point where his coworker had to tell him I was at the window. He was on his cell phone having a conversation and when I asked about my food he yelled he told me to wait someone would bring it out. I requested a refund as he was very nasty and at this point I did not want anything. He was yelling and screaming you not getting your money back. He was just so nasty.
