While the brewery was quite busy when we visited, and there weren't enough servers, the staff still managed to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for us. Despite the wait times, the quality of the drinks and the variety of beers available made it well worth the visit.

The vodka seltzers were a definite highlight for us. They were refreshing and had a good kick to them. The beer selection was also great, with plenty of different options to choose from.

Despite the crowds, the atmosphere was still enjoyable and laid-back. We were able to find a table to sit at and enjoy our drinks, even if it was a bit noisy due to the large number of people around us.

Overall, we highly recommend Pollyanna Brewing Company - Roselare. While it may be busy at times and short-staffed, the quality of their drinks and the variety of beer options make it worth the visit. If you're looking for a fun and relaxed brewery experience, be sure to check it out.

I recently hosted a baby shower at Pollyanna and it was an absolutely an amazing experience! The ambiance of the venue was warm and inviting, perfect for our baby shower celebration. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Shout out to Kara Cascio, General Manager and Matt.

The designated area was beautiful, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. The seating was comfortable and well-organized, making it easy for guests to mingle and enjoy the festivities. Thank you Matt for helping with set up!!!!

One of the highlights was the attentive service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. They took care of every detail, allowing us to focus on celebrating the mom-to-be.

Great local brewery! Staff is fantastic! Beer is varied and flavorful! Only downside is a tendency for very loud and unruly young children on busier days, but I can understand how that is a fine line to walk. Most parents do a good job, but the ones that don’t ruin it for everyone. Absolutely worth checking out, but you may have to be the one to explain how children should behave in an alcohol serving establishment, to entitled parents of young children. Again not the brewery’s fault, but I wish they could find a way to be a bit more proactive in curbing poor parental behavior. Still 5 stars! Still worth the trip. Best member club for the money. Love this place! PS. Beer education is second to none, for the area. Worth the optimist membership...
