I had a bad experience a this facility with one of the workers from overnight shift she was extremely aggressive , unprofessional , disrespectful , lack of communication and a nightmare of a costumer service . She was cursing at me the whole time screaming over the mic suggesting there were busy and only 2 people working when that wasn't true , but having the time and energy to argue with me over the speaker . she also accused me of calling her slave only because I told her that she has to serve me because Im a costumer and she is a worker who her job is costumer service in a drivethru which means one of her functions is serve the costumers and then instead of arguing with me she should of take my order on the first place instead of threatened me of take pictures of my car and call 911 to do something but I receive was lies and get curse . So I decided to go to the window to see if another employee will take my order which he did I ask him nicely to please give me the name of the employee and the store manager and the store number for me to be able to put a complaint because aggressive and uncontrollable people cant work in places like that doing costumer services so he refuse to give me any name , then I have to ask another Hispanic worker and she give the name of Maria Martinez and also ask her for the name of the manager she say is also Maria Martinez Im not sure if thats the real name of the person who was talking to me on the speaker , they didnt want to help me or give more information about it . Im really disappointed of this store I went to many McDonalds Restaurant and I never had such a terrible experience . I i hope they change those workers because is hard to deal with disrespectful and uncontrollable workers like...
Read moreI am not one to be purposely mean or vindictive when it comes to commenting on another's professional performance. As a decent person, business owner, and, as someone whose sources of income depend much on word of mouth, and the kindness of honest people far be it for me ever do so. My many reviews would also certainly reflect that. That being said... I have yet to come to this establishment (still... even after several bad experiences🙄) and have it go timely and/or smoothly. The idea of waiting 10 minutes for a beverage whilst watching an entire line come and go... I'm still very confused. I gotta tell ya.
No explanations, no apologies, not even a smile when it's finally, lackadaisically brought to the car. Depending on the beverage I've ordered, sometimes if it's supposed to have whipped cream, it'll be deflated and flat, but they'll bring it anyway. Been waiting... sitting on the counter melting much?!
