Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Roseville

The young man taking our order was rude and confrontational when my husband changed the order to a different combo (a more expensive one). He had ordered two number ones and asked to change it to two number sevens. The young man interrupted him and told him that he already had that rather sharply. When we went to the window to pick up the food, my husband asked to speak to the manager and the young man said he was the manager. My husband expressed his displeasure at the way he had been spoken to and the young man said that my husband had been rude first and to not talk to him like that, that he worked two jobs, was very busy, that he didn’t care if my husband was upset and did we want sauce or not?! My husband is a disabled, retired, career Army NCO and his voice is deep and loud. Perhaps the young man thought he was rude when he ordered. I really don’t know, but the unprofessional behavior and language was very disrespectful. I know we are getting older and young people are different today, but this was way over the top. Just want to start off by saying the staff was trying to accommodate and be helpful but the quality of food and how it was put together was just so poorly done I had to leave this review to help others.

I dined in and spent $30+ on fast food for my husband, myself and my 17 month old. The food was very poorly put together. I got the famous star and The burger was just thrown together with little to no flavor because everything was just tossed on, the fries were bland and to boot I paid extra for the handcrafted lemonades and the first had too much syrup for the strawberry one and so I asked to exchange for the regular, which they did no problem, and the regular hand crafted lemonade tasted just like water, and looked like water. I also found a bunch of little hairs though out all of our wrappings for the food.

The Customer Service last night was rude. I went through the drive-through ordered. One single item asked for extra crispy, deep fried zucchini. I got wet, soft zucchini, and the girl helping me at the drive-through never spoke to me. She came to the window, stuck her hand out the window for the money Speaking Spanish to someone either in the restaurant or on her microphone on her head, took my money handed it back to me close the window no hi hello nothing she returns with my bag already closed up stuck it through the window once I put it on the seat of my car. She then states if I wanted any sauce or anything, I would think she would’ve asked me before giving me the bag so she could put the sauces in the bag But no thank you for your service.
