Just ate at Jack's. I ordered a sour dough jack burger. The meat was barely warm, my cheese cold and was not melted and my toasted bread was cold (as if right out of the refrigerator.) I've never had a cold burger served to me at any restaurant. Ever! I requested to the employee for a hot burger this time, and while I was waiting..... Suddenly the ceiling fell crashing onto to the table and floor with a flood of water and debri. My husband and I were sitting at the next table and we were pretty shocked that we could have been injured. Only one employee look over at us from the counter from the loud noise and I went over to the counter and told him "Your ceiling just caved in on the floor." He calming walk over, I guess called the manager on the phone to inform him and tried to clean up the debri and water all over. I felt sorry for this employee having to deal with this emergency. This location on Fairway in Roseville is Ghetto! That was very dangerous to ignore and they had not even blocked off this section with caution tape. The ceiling debri and water damage that could have injured my husband and I, and another customer sitting right across. I hope the manager does some serious repairs. I am never going back to this Jack in the Box for the worst and lowest quality burgers. I'm pretty disgusted, as my second burger was still not warm enough to even melt the cheese. Horrible Food Quality! Avoid this place unless you don't mind an ice cold burger. Next time I will pay a few bucks more and eat at the "Burger Lounge." The manager himself kept asking about where we are from and laughed at the last name. The girls seems to have attitude issues and snapped at us when we corrected her that order was wrong , she was very rude , could barely see her face as she was wearing a red hoodie and seems very unprofessional. Why does it matter where people are from? , why does it matter what the last name is.? To top it all the order was still incorrectly done. They have no sense of customer service . I would never recommend anyone to go to this place specially with this racism , attitude , rudeness and Discriminating nature of the employees there. I was very disappointed with this place . Surely this place is full of racism as they did not prepare our food correctly due to the fact they were more interested in the last name and where we were from then to focus on providing good customer service . Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe just sat in the drive through lane for 70 minutes. SEVENTY. AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. I swear. It may be longer actually because we havenāt even gotten our food yet. Hi, yeah thatās me at the window. I canāt even speak to the food but at this point weāre all starving so anything will do. I know things are tough out there but leave a warning or something at the entrance of the drive through before people get stuck.
UPDATE: We waited another 15 minutes at the window for a whopping total of an hour and 25 minutes being stuck in the drive through and then paying over $60 for our meal with no apologies or acknowledgement of the wait whatsoever. The food was cold and old unsurprisingly.
I did submit an inquiry through the official website and received a text advising that our next meal would be on them and to watch the mail. I was expecting our full meal to be comped but instead received a coupon for one combo. All I can do is laugh at this point...
