I'll be honest, we've been here a couple of times - the pho is good. However, don't EVER get their dumpling BS that's horrible, taste like elephant snot that dried up.
Unfortunately, I'm giving this a review of 1 because of the service. The drugged up looking Ong Bak's uncle with the flaming apron ruined our whole dining experience! Dude is such a D!ck. We asked to be seated away from the window because it was cold, we were both feeling under the weather and like a normal patron ready to give them my business I thought they would be accommodating. NOPE! Flaming apron yelled at us for not sitting where he ORDERED us to sit.
He really pho’cd up.
I'm pretty short tempered myself, however they had a really a light crowd maybe 3 tables out of 30+. Needless to say I could've caused a scene, but we just got up and left.
Good pho HORRIBLE service, just be prepared.
Never coming back, telling our entire family and friends about...
Read morePlenty of parking out front due to it proximity to shopping center. Decor is utilitarian. We ordered deep fried shrimp wrap $12, tofu banh mi $11, small pho dac biet $14, com thit tom grilled $17. The fried shrimps are a bit over doneness, tofu banh mi was probably wrong choice; cold meat sandwich typically a go to in Vietnamese food settings. Grilled pork and shrimp are ok. Pho is good enough to satisfy my long craving. Oh, the suggested tip is 18% with the rising cost of food now-a-day? When did the American thinks serving customer food in their restaurant needs tipping? They should be smiling, graciously, quickly serve customer their food as it’s their only business. Unless the chef dings the bell and customer pick up the food, otherwise serve what customer order without...
Read moreOwner is extremely rude every/any time I've tried to come in. Food quality has gone out the window. Everything inside this restaurant is sticky. If you're seated next to a wall and want to keep your food down, don't look at the walls as they're splattered with everyone else's pho, which is where they keep their utensils. They're $20 fried rice is a rip off as portion sizes got smaller over the years and it has bits of ingredients. Can never get any extra sauces out the owner, especially potsticker sauce, even when we offer to pay for it. I will never step foot into this restaurant again after years of going there. Very pricey for low quality food and...
