Not so great of an experience. I live close by and may give them a second chance sometime and change this review if it's earned, but based on my first experience, my family and I were very disappointed. This KFC is a 2 in 1 KFC/A&W Burger restaurant. This fact is what brought us here and should have been a major upside to my review. As I'm sure many families experience, half wanted fried chicken and half wanted burgers, so this seemed like a perfect solution for this evening.
It was about 8:30 on a Saturday night and we decided to use the drive thru. It took maybe 8-10 minutes to order which wasn't bad, but of course now we are fully committed with cars in front and behind us. When we got to the speaker to order, we had it all figured out. We wanted 2 chicken meals, a chili dog meal and a cheeseburger meal. I ordered the chicken with no problem, but when I went to order the chili dog, I was informed that they had no hotdog buns so they couldn't make the chili dog. Now my son who is a picky eater, wants nothing else off of the menu. After a few moments of bickering I insist that he pick something else. He ends up picking a hamburger. So then I ask for the cheeseburger for my wife and a hamburger for my son and we are informed that they also don't have hamburger buns. Only then does the cashier inform me that basically, they can't make any sandwiches at the moment because they have no bread at all.
Now, I am stuck in the drive thru with an irritated wife who can't stand KFC and now wants nothing from this place at all and a son who it was hard enough to get him to pick his first request and then a second and there is basically nothing on the menu that either one wants. Ultimately I convince my son to get corn dogs, but my wife refuses to order anything so we had to go down the street to Burger King and go wait in their drive thru to get her a cheeseburger.
I almost forgot to mention that they also failed to put any utensils in the bag for any of our side dishes, no napkins whatsoever and didn't offer any butter or honey for the bisquets or any ketchup for the corndogs. I ended up having to park and go back inside to get these things from another employee who seemed annoyed by a request for something they failed to do. Then to top off the experience, when I got home I went to take a drink of the Sierra Mist I ordered and it turned out to be nothing but carbonated water with no flavor at all.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The employee didn't seem to really care much and even seemed impatient that it was taking us so long to decide on replacement items for the things they couldn't make, which was basically almost anything from the A&W side of the menu. It almost felt like the management had no control and the employees were trying to run the place out of business. It will probably be a very very long while before I bother trying to come back, but if the experience is improved then I will change my review to reflect it. Until then, I would only recommend this place to people...

Read moreHonestly, I like KFC. Good food at reasonable prices (especially the $20 fill up family meal). I've been here a couple dozen times over the last few years and I have to say it's not what it used to be. I'm not saying it's bad or terrible or that the staff is ridiculous, but it just seems to be... lacking. Lately I've had to endure long waits (over 5 minutes in a drive thru at the window waiting), have heard the phrase "sorry, we are out of that, but can I offer you _ instead or would you like to wait 20 minutes" far too many times, and have had hard/stale biscuits or nearly coagulated gravy. Maybe it's just that I have unfortunate timing, but it seems that it doesn't matter if I get there before dinner, during the dinner rush or after dinner - there is always something lacking. Sometimes it's not even a big deal, like asking for BBQ sauce only to realize when I got home that they didn't put any in the bag. Deal breaker? Probably not. But it just seems to me that all these little minor problems add up to an overall experience that isn't very appealing. I won't say I'll never be back here again, but it will be some time before I give it...
