One of the male managers/employees (I do not know his name) needs to be more polite with his customers who are asking questions. He seemed angry when providing such answers. I tried to clarify my order so that they don't mess it up but he kept saying "Yeah I know". It's not professional to also call your customers "Dude" in a harsh tone for a mere question about what type of meat the pepperoni is consisted of.
ALL the employees should know what each ingredient is made of when asked by a customer. Last time, Little Caesar's was sued for $100 Million when a franchise provided the wrong type of meat to a customer in 2017.
This issue not only has liabilities with some of Little Caesar's religious customer-base but also customers with allergies and such. Therefore, it is important for all employees to know.
Because of his impatience to listen carefully for a clarification, they also screwed up my order.
Please improve your customer service and listening skills. The way I observed the simple consultation service at the cashier was severely unprofessional.

I called the store and wanted to inform the manager of what happened,I wasnt looking to get another order or to get my money back I just wanted to inform them of the insafe issue so they could solve it, the manager told me there was no possible way it was uncooked and continued to speak over me the entire 6 min conversation.
