Subway — Restaurant in Roseville

We asked the lady to microwave the pastrami and then drain the fat and then place it on the sandwich and then toast it. But instead she put the meat on the sandwich cold and went to put it in the toaster (that doesnt get the meat hot enough and the bread gets soggy from the fat). I asked her to take it off and then microwave and drain it. She gave me a dirty look and then microwave it but failed to drain the fat. I told her it needed to be made the way I asked but she served it to us anyway. The sandwich was soggy and fell apart. This location also had dirty tables and chairs. Floor needed to be swept and the bathroom was dirty. The two girls I saw working moved slowly and weren't interested in smiling, cleaning, or doing what the customer wanted.

I ate at Subway on Madison and Date today and it was perfect! She did the pastrami perfect without me having to say anything and the place was very clean!

I just don't get it...i thought all subways were supposed to do things the same. I hate that some places want to put cold meat on your sandwich and try to warm it in the toaster while others...

I went there at lunchtime to pick up a Subway sandwich I ordered through an app. I thought this place was doing honest business. The reason is that I ordered using an app promotion, and some places have promotions where the amount of ham is so little that it seems fake, but this place had a normal amount.

I'll definitely order from this place next time. I've been deceived at another place before, and I won't say which place, but the amount of ham in the sandwiches made by the couple who apparently own them was small.

I absolutely LOVE this Subway!!! There service is excellent and always with care. I'm a daily customer and there attentiveness is always welcoming. This is by far the CLEANEST Subway I have every dined in. The staff is supper friendly and the ingredients look very fresh. I don't know why but for some reason the sandwiches here just taste so much better than in the other locations I've been to in Citrus Heights. Definitely going to support this local business. The owner aways come out from the back of the store...
