I forgot my mask called ahead to ask to bring my ouder out side to me, she agreed to I told her I was going to place my order which I did. 50 min goes by no order so I left called store she answered again ìtold her you forgot me to o just throw it away. She asked me my name then she said she could not find the order then says on the phone oh hete it is She then said she was out side and could not find me. I told her I left and was walking home. Pros: Excellent staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and there is plenty of room to sit, work, or study.

Cons: This has to be BY FAR the SLOWEST starbucks I've ever been to. Not sure if it's just the location, but most of the time I've come here the line is out the door so I just turn around and leave. This Starbucks is hit-and-miss. We went here two days in a row and the service was markedly different from day to day. The first day, service was sssslllloooooooooowwww. We made a mobile order 10 minutes ahead of the time we were to arrive. When we arrived, the drinks were not ready. It took another 10 minutes of waiting to get the drinks. 20 minutes total for the mobile drink order. Plus, it was not busy at all. Second day, we ordered drinks 15 minutes in advance of arrival.
