Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Roseville

Ordered their double deal of two large two topping online. Also had a discount. I put everything in my cart. Paid for it but never got a receipt emailed. Never got a receipt texted to me. No proof no information nothing. Pizza arrived and it was only one of my pizzas. Called the location talk to a very snotty girl, who told me I only ordered one pizza. Even after looking at my account and showing that I have always and I mean always done the same exact order she’s still proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one pizza. Still not offering me, or providing me with any receipt or proof of my purchase. And even with a discount told me that my charge was close to $30 that doesn’t add up. She then told me that I would have to re-purchase my second pizza, even though I had the deal in my cart and a code for a discount. I am absolutely beyond disappointed with how they handled their error. And the lack of providing me with any kind of proof. If I’m gonna pay $30 with a discount for pizza, it’s sure not gonna be at...

I can say this much, I know great service when I see it & feel it. But let me tell you how much I felt it through the phone! My goodness, I’ve been in the customer service field for more than a decade, and I can say that yessihr? And Victoria and most of all my delivery driver JACKIE! Customer service to the fullest is an understatement, to others the service you guys provided me tonight will be very light to them, but to me, it meant the world, I felt like we were all old friends that caught up on the phone. Literally especially the vibe I had with Jackie by just normal communication! Thank you so much. We are about to tear this pizza down and you guys just made our night on top of that by just being you guys! Please take those spirits around the world! We need you. Thank you pizza guys! For hiring these...

service is terrible! we were walking home with our little daughter, we had to pick up a pizza on the way! everything did not work,I gave her money, she opened the cash register, I have change, but she said that if she gives me change, there will be no others! she told us to go home ... my baby was hungry and started crying that we were not given our order ... I was very disappointed! the manager came and looked at me...he saw that I was Ukrainian and spoke with an accent and didn't even decide anything (is this some kind of classification of people by race?!)) when the Americans came, the attitude was completely different....pay attention to the manager's attitude towards people is very terrible, I am disappointed with the attitude towards me... and...
