Awful! If I could give negative stars I would do that. Where do I even begin. So we show up around 5, a little early for dinner and nobody else was there eating. We figured that the food and service would be quick. This place isn't formal by any means nor did we expect any formal service, especially since we have been to this place before. As we waited to be served water we noticed the owners wife come from the kitchen with her pet dog in her arms. Really? You have your pet back in the kitchen with the food? Gross. Back to our water, we were a group of five, two adults and three children. Everyone got a cup of water except for our youngest. Maybe children don't get water, or they don't drink water. She is old enough to have her own cup at the age of eight so it isn't like she is a toddler/infant. Once our water container was empty it sat empty and there were no refills. The food service was slow and once we were served we were forgotten as there is no wait staff. The flavor of the food wasn't as good as it once was. There are plenty of other options available locally for chaat and other South Indian staple items. As far as North Indian servings here, forget it. If you want some naan then buy it from the freezer in the grocery section and make it at home because the naan that we ordered on two separate visits was about as good as some cardboard that was warmed up in the tandoor because it was burnt to a crisp. There are other true restaurants in the area that serve excellent North Indian food. The family that owns this establishment should stick to the grocery store side of the business and leave restaurant side to someone else because this definitely...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Entered the shop becuase my toddler ran inside so I thought I'd check it out. Owner very rudely says we're closed get out, while serving other incoming customers. Well, your not getting any business if you chase away 1st time customers with such rude service. Most shop keepers would strive to gain more customers especially giving 1st time customers good service, word of mouth spreads and definitely not a place of quality service or goods. Very, very rude owner. As its pretty obvious from other reviews.

The review is honestly interpreted by the service given and by the tone of voice. Your OPEN sign was still there with the door open! If your store is closed then close/lock the door. No one will come inside but don't leave the door open and kick customers out!!! Poor business practice. Every shop does janitorial services with doors closed with a closed sign for safety...

ROTTEN HALAL MEAT!!!!!!!

I went to buy chicken and goat meat. The guy at the meat counter with turban hat offered me to buy goat meat and said it was fresh and insisted me to buy it which was very fishy to be honest. After buying it, I went straight to home in 15 minutes. When I was home I then immediately opened the goat meat packing to put it in the fridge, it was smelling so bad. I immediately put it in the fridge and decided to go back the next day to return that. Next day, when I went to return that, the same guy was very rude and told me that why didn’t I came back the same day, he then called the owners and rudely told me that he can’t replace it. I told him this is not a good customer service and also that I wont come back but he didn’t care much. They sell frozen meat and not sure for how long they keep the meat in their fridge. I will definitely raise these concerns to food safety department. Never going to buy the rotten...
