I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced on July 4th at 7:30 PM at your Pizza Hut location at 32911 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI.I placed an order for two pizzas and a bottle of Sprite. However, I received a different drink without any prior notification that Sprite was unavailable. When I called to address this issue, my calls were repeatedly disconnected by the staff. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak with the manager, Andy. To my dismay, instead of receiving an apology or a solution, I was blamed for the mix-up. Andy insisted that I had ordered the wrong drink, which was not true. Her manner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and she refused to offer any credit or compensation for the mistake.
When I expressed my frustration with the poor customer service, she continued to blame me instead of resolving the issue.In response to my insistence for a refund, Andy eventually stated she would send someone to pick up the incorrect drink and issue a refund. It has now been over an hour, and no one has arrived.I have never encountered such disrespectful and unprofessional customer service, from the staff to the manager.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed and reluctant to order from Pizza Hut again.I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that your staff, especially at this location, receive proper training in customer service. All I ordered was an apple pie, nothing special. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady at the front counter kept saying I had not placed an order. I had to pull out my phone to show I had called and placed an order. The lady who took the call said she canceled the order because when she returned to the phone with the total, the person hung up. Please let me know why you're constantly placing me on hold for one order of apple pies. I didn't place a large order, and did hold, but she continued placing me on hold. Read moreI am very annoyed and disappointed in Pizza Hut. Placed a contactless pickup order. I had an email that had a link to select when I arrived to indicate I was there. The link didn’t work, it gave an option to call instead. It called a central location that wanted to take my order. They transferred me to the store, but it said not available and disconnected. I then tried calling the store directly, and it went to the central number instead. I had to go Inside to get my order, directly contrary to the contactless pickup I selected. Inside, there was no social distancing marks for people to stand, and people came in without masks, which wasn’t required even though it should have been.
