Hot Topic — Local services in Roseville

Haha So this is a very strange story however I thank the store owner Samantha for helping me!

I was in Michigan (Farmington) for a week, spending time with family. A Funko Pop dropped and I managed to snagged some before they sold out. Thinking they were shipping to my Hot Topic in Vegas; we headed home yesterday.

This morning they said my order was ready to be picked up but to my surprise it was shipped to this Hot Topic and not the one in Vegas; I have only have 7 Days to pick them up before they automatically cancel. I called this store and that's when the store manager (Samantha) allowed me to give her shipping labels to ship directly to me in Vegas.

Just this story alone shows me that this Hot Topic & their Store Manager truly cares for their customers regardless where they live and goes above & beyond! When I'm back in town visiting I'm definitely going to this one rather than the other ones. Thank you guys SO much! You guys rock. I wish I could give 50 stars! Great customer service is hard to find these days but this Hot Topic has it! Now if you guys could only ship Vegas some rain that would be awesome haha. I'm going to be reaching out to corporate as well.

My wife took one of our daughters here to buy an outfit for an important occassion. Ash absolutely crushed it! Not only did they knock all of the nerves out of our daughter, but they made her feel welcomed, supported, and of all things... Cool. It's rare to find people who do their job correctly, it's a whole other ball game to find someone who truly cares about what their doing, while they're doing it. Can't stress enough, Ash is the most kind, non-judgemental, and helpful person we didn't know that we needed. Thank you to Mary (Store Manager, please forgive me if I misremembered your name) as well, for taking my call on Memorial day, and lifting Ash up the very same way that we were. Ash is awesome, they deserve a raise, and it probably wouldn't hurt to have them do some make-up designs for advertising. They're EXTREMELY talented and really know...

This is my favorite Hot Topic store. Not only do they have a great selection of merchandise available, this store has an amazing staff. I recently had an embarrassing situation, in where, my personal items that I ordered online from another website had been sent to this store instead of my personal residence (don't ask how). I immediately contacted the website I ordered from to change the address, but it was too late and they couldn't change my mistake. So I called Hot Topic and explained the crazy scenario. I believe I spoke with a manager on the phone (I didn't get the name) and she immediately said that she would handle it no problem and that I could pick up my package in the store. How AWESOME is that! Thanks to them my package is home safe and sound. Thanks Hot Topic! I will forever be...
