West Coast Sourdough - Roseville, Blue Oaks — Restaurant in Roseville

If we could give this place a zero we would. Unfortunately, an actual star count needs to happen in order to review. DO NOT EAT HERE! We went about a month ago to try it out. One of our sandwiches was dropped on the ground, picked up again, completed, packaged and put in our order bag. My husband watched as the young lady who made it dropped and looked at her manager for guidance on what to do with it. The manager told her it was fine. When we called them out on it. Of course they denied it. Stood firm. The owner was in there and (as a boss would) had faith in their word and had their back. When we Insisted that we were not lying, the “manager/supervisor” had cowardly disappeared to the back. She left to avoid and completely left the young lady (probably a high school student working her first job) to face it with her boss on their own. My husband welcomed the owner to check his cameras and told the young lady to be honest. She confessed that everything my husband said was indeed what happened. The owner quickly adjusted his attitude with us and attempted to make it right. Offered a meal on him. We refused it and asked for our money back, handed back the bag of sandwiches and just basically requested that he pay attention to the element he has working for him. He stressed repeatedly that those are absolutely not the standards he runs his business with. He assured us that we would not see her again if we came back. We decided to give it another chance a month later. As we walked in, the same cowardly supervisor walked out from the back to greet us. Needless to say, we walked right out! Disgusting! My son and a friend had lunch here and were treated terribly. Both had a sandwich and fountain drink and as they were refilling their drink the manager told them that was not allowed and forced them to throw away their drinks that they just paid for. I called to confirm this was their policy and was told there is no limit to refills and spoke with the manager who proceeded to tell me that she thought they had ‘too many and was disruptive to the guests’. I was waiting outside and there was 1 other guest who never moved so I’m not sure what her actual issue was. We have been going here since it opened but will no longer give them our business. 6 or 7 peoples working behind the counter. Walked in, no greetings. Everyone is focused on online orders. We stood at the front counter waiting to order for a little over a minute or two, which doesn’t seem a lot in writing but when your just waiting there and people are making eye contact with you and not even acknowledging you it’s a decent amount of time.
