I am extremely dissatisfied with this location. The manager's lack of customer service experience is glaringly evident. Tonight, I placed an order for pizza over the phone. While I waited in the car, my husband went inside to pick up the pizza. Being a family of five, I handed out slices to everyone before taking one for myself. Upon finally tasting the pizza, it was evident that it had been overcooked.
I promptly called to inform the worker about the overcooked pizza. He placed me on hold to consult the manager. Despite my intention to hang up and speak in person, I ended up walking inside. The manager approached me without a hint of friendliness or willingness to assist. Instead, he engaged in a disagreement, asserting that the pizza was prepared correctly.
My history with this location spans several years, and my loyalty is well-documented in their database. Instead of accessing this information to recognize my status as a reliable customer who had never returned a pizza before, the manager insisted on challenging my judgment. While I'm aware that Jet's Pizza's deep-dish crust is meant to be crispy, there's a significant difference between crispiness and the hardness resulting from overcooking.
Rather than offering a resolution to my dissatisfaction, the manager questioned if I wanted a replacement pizza. He even suggested a 20-minute baking time and asked whether I wanted it lightly baked. I declined, emphasizing that I wanted the pizza prepared in its standard manner, not overly hard.
Eventually, I received a second pizza that adhered to Jet's normal cooking standards. However, the manager chose to provide a smaller pizza, citing that I had already taken three slices from the previous pizza that I returned. This decision seemed to imply that I should have taken those slices back from my children and husband, who were already eating. This response raises questions about fairness and the manager's approach to customer satisfaction.
In essence, it appears that the manager's lack of customer service understanding led him to offer a smaller replacement pizza due to the missing slices. This approach contradicts the norm of receiving what I paid for and seems to imply that returning a disliked item equates to receiving a diminished portion. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed in the level of service and understanding demonstrated by the manager at...
Read moreThe first time we ordered from here - phenomenal. The last 2 times in the last month has been DRY AND OVERDONE AND THE BONELESS WINGS ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE YOU CAN EVER ASK FOR WHEN IT COMES TO WINGS.
If I had to do it over again, I would:
Order breadsticks from Pizza Hut
Order boneless wings from PIzza Hut (NOT THE CHICKEN NUGGETS YOU GOT IN JR. HIGH SCHOOL THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING SERVED BY JETS PIZZA)
Provide 2 sets of driver instructions: 1 in English & 1 in Spanish.
Crazy to have someone deliver whom doesn't have any clue about the instructions which were super detailed to the point a bird could have read it.
Tell Pizza Hut to take a Large Pan Pizza, add in pepperonis, cook it normal, cut that thing into squares, and sell it to me as a Detroit 4 corner or 8 corner pizza - I would PAY MORE TO HAVE QUALITY GUARANTEED.
Tell Jets Pizza to ship me their cookie dough and brownie mix separately so I can cook them correctly and not end up with a dust bowl from severely overcooked cookies and brownies. Both were so bad, on two separate occasions, that there is no going back to Jets. I would have forgiven the overcooked pizza and Jr. Highschool wings if the cookie or brownie would have not been dryer than a popcorn fart.
Really??????
We used to love Jets years ago - now we hate it.
Pizza Hut is so much better across the...
Read moreHonestly kind of sad. Pizza places usually have the best salads because they already have the fresh ingredients to top the pizzas. Slap it on a bed of greens and DONE. I was so excited to see we had a pizza place next door to work because I needed a good salad in my life. I Googled it up and fake-ordered through Grubhub to see the salads on the menu then just went in to order. They did not have the buffalo salad anymore but were happy to make it for me as they still had most of the ingredients. The wait time wasn’t bad for ordering on the spot. Maybe ten minutes at that. The salad cost a little shy of 7 bucks. When I opened it up, I was really disappointed. Iceberg lettuce. Now, I’m not against iceberg, but what I am against is ordering a salad and only getting white and yellow lettuce. There wasn’t a speck of green. Just the translucent, way too crunchy, tasteless white stuff and a few yellow leaves. The chicken? I swear they only gave me one chicken tender and diced it up to make it look like more. And trust me, this was not a sizable tender. I will say the dressing was good. Tasted like it was made in house. The measly chicken tender tasted great and the tomatoes were actually ripe, which is rare these days. It could have been better, especially...
