Yesterday (4/22/23) I went to visit the location for my daughter’s birthday. It was a party of 16 and we were treated very poorly. To begin with when we got our drinks we were never checked on again until the waitress was ready to get our food orders it took her another 20 minutes to get us straws even though a majority of the table got margaritas. The service was incredibly slow and there was no other customer in the restaurant when we had order and it wasn’t until 5 minutes before we left that more people actually showed up so it was disappointing to have such slow service. Also, I had asked for waitress to do the restaurants birthday special which she informed me was a song and dessert however, she took another 30 minutes to get around to this even though we had asked her when she was picking up everyone plate and again there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. She came and set a dessert down in front of my daughter and didn’t do anything else. She never asked anyone if they wanted another drink or even another refill and she sat up front chatting away with coworkers. There was no green salsa which something that I have never heard of at a Mexican restaurant and she never asked if the food was okay (it was not good and was mediocre at best) or if we needed anything if anything we had to ask her several times for napkins which after 15 minutes she came around. When we left I saw that I was charged completely wrong. I order the house margarita in a pitcher which is $30.99 on the menu however on my ticket I was charged for a Texas margarita pitcher of $40.99 when I informed them that the pricing was wrong they told me that the prices had actually changed and they couldn’t do anything about it.
In conclusion I would not recommend this place to anyone! Their attitudes are awful and they act as if the customer is an inconvenience! Their prices are also ridiculous for the amount of food and quality you...

I stopped in, on the way home to sit out the traffic, to a nearly empty restaurant. Understandable, given the time of day, but I waited at the front desk for about 3 minutes before someone came out from the back and asked me if I wanted table. Not a big deal, but started my Spidey senses tingling.
Having found the establishment online and reviewed their menu I knew what I wanted to eat. Once I was seated and the server came over I promptly rattled off my request, only to be informed that the Crab Enchilada was no longer offered and hadn't been for a while. I offered that perhaps they needed to update their website and then asked for the menu to find something else. I ordered the cheese dip without jalapenos, lime calamari, and the seafood burrito.
The cheese dip arrived and it had jalapenos..hmm. After sending it back and getting a replacement, I dug in. Very basic cheese dip, which is the usual fare at establishments such as these so I wasn't too disappointed, but the calamari was a different story.
Overcooked and flavorless, the accompanying spicy mystery sauce didn't help matters and I began to wonder if I should have just braved the traffic after all? Then the seafood burrito arrived.
Beautifully plated with a flavor to match, this delicious dish saved the dinner. A very full burrito of fresh tasting seafood on top of, and covered with, a very flavorful cheese sauce along with Mexican rice and fresh crisp avocados.. I was very happy and full by the end of the meal.
An unbalanced experience that ended well, so buyer beware if you choose to take the plunge at this strip-mall Mexican restaurant....
Read moreWe sat down at 9:00pm to eat dinner...no one was at the host counter, and there was no clear sign to seat ourselves or wait. We ended up seating ourselves, which led to strange glances from the waiting staff. Against our better judgement, we ignored it and decided to stay. Our assigned waitress didn’t greet us, and frustratingly asked if we needed menus. When she brought the menus, my sister attempted to explain that we didn’t know if it was seat yourself or wait, only to be coldly interrupted with “do you need anything to drink?”. We still decided to stick it out and stay...until she brought our water and then decided to go sit in a booth with her coworker and play on her phone for a SOLID 10 MINUTES, during which she looked up to see that someone walked out of the door and then promptly went back to face deep in her phone. We waited. Then we decided that If the service is this bad and we are being treated as an inconvenience, the food probably won’t be worth it either. We decided to leave, to which she reacted and jumped up to finally come ask for our orders and threw her hands up as if we were in the wrong.
To our waitress: two girls, who were there for dinner to share a moment before one of them leaves to move across the country...and you treated us like an inconvenience from the get go. I don’t know what was so important on your phone, but you weren’t in distress; so It wasn’t pressing. YOU ARE AT WORK. WE WERE CUSTOMERS. Additionally, maybe get a clue that you’re not the only one in this world and that special moments happen in your line of work. I saw another waiter interact preciously with his customer. You chose to throw that opportunity...
