KFC — Restaurant in Roswell

I ordered: 1 KFC crispy colonel sandwich box minus the mayo lemonade. 1 grande meal soft tacos and bean and cheese burritos 1 crunch wrap supreme meal with a Dr. Pepper And 1 bean and cheese burrito WITH NO ONIONS... I had to go back to this location yet again to pick up the parts they forgot, All my soft tacos and all but 3 burritos and the 1 burrito that had no onions. After I called from the parking lot to make sure they got the rest of my order correct I was assured that it was spot on and correct, they got the soft tacos and the rest of my burritos... All but the 1 bean and cheese burrito WITH NO ONIONS. I stressed while ordering no onions and then called and stressed no onions and then called again when I was in the parking lot and stressed NO ONIONS!!!!!! Got back to work only to find out that they marked the burrito wrapper no onions and low and behold there was a whole bunch of onions... 10/10 will not be back to this...

I ordered the 5 piece tenders and 2 chicken fried steak meals. I got all the way across town to work and realized they messed up my order. I went by after work and they were rude and very hateful because I wanted a refund. Apparently they are entitled to mess up your order and it's your fault if you don't bring it back immediately so they can mess it up again or spit in it. The rude lady at the register was crying that they were busy so it wasn't their fault. No No No it's all your fault and I might call corporate to complain about how rude and unwilling to admit they were in the wrong and treated a customer so badly because they wanted a refund and didn't want to give them another chance to ruin my food. Don't eat there if you want good service because they don't know how to do their job or treat...

Went to KFC/Taco Bell today. Ordered a 10 pack of soft tacos/ bean burritos along with a crunch wrap supreme combo and 1 extra bean burrito NO ONIONS-ALLERGY. I also order some KFC but it was correct. I got back to work and thats when I checked my order. I got 3 bean burritos but no tacos.So I called and was told to come up it would be ready no issues. I get there I called them to let them know I am there . Wait in the parking lot after they told me I did not need to go through the drive thru. No one comes out so I called again. Was told to go through the drive thru. I got to the window grabbed the order got back to work again the bean burrito marked with no onions is LOADED with onions. I sure can tell Samantha is no longer working on getting the store in...
