Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roswell

Horrible service ...very rude...I eat at pizza hut so freaquently from a whole lot of cities so I know when it is made how it should be, well I call to let them know when there has been something wrong with the order sometimes I get credit. well tonight I had a order I called to tell them about the chicken just barely having any sauce on the chicken and someone who claims to be the manager hanged up on me before I even finished saying what I called for not 1 but 2 times they are so rude at this place I complained with the office of pizza hut because its enough it is not the 1st time they have been rude I just came back from living out of state a week ago and she was saying because I complaint alot she hanged up on me if they would learn how to correctly make the food like almost all the other establishments I have eaten at (pizzahuts) then I wouldnt have to complain ..lazy ass they need to change the workers they have and get some workers who care about pizza hut and...

We ordered four pizzas to enjoy during the superbowl. We ordered in plenty of time and the delivery was right on time and hot. Kudos to the driver. However there were some real issues with the pizzas and this is the second time I have had this issue. I always order the white garlic parmesean with beef and onion. Both time I got a pizza not fully cooked and so heavy with sauce and little beef and onion that the cheese just slides right off and that is all I could taste was the sauce. It was the same for my twin sisters supreme pizza. Not cooked enough and way too much sauce. My daughter pizza was a simple pepperoni and while it was cooked and didn't have too much sauce, it had an off taste that I have no clue what it was. And the pepperoni had zero flavor. My nefews pizza was fine for him and all he said was that it tasted like it...

App made the experience unpleasant and difficult. Also grew wait time which lead to a cold dinner. I'm without transportation at the time, so delivery was the obvious, definite choice. Which is why I now dislike the app as one portion of the app says delivery, and another one says carry out. (App asked for tip, who tips for carry out?)Upon realizing this I called and spoke to an eager young gentleman. He cleared up the misunderstanding and had our pizza delivered to my house. This was a problem as that Pizza had been waiting on the counter for carryout. (I had a hunch it wasn't at it peak freshness.) So I haggled with the gentleman for compensation and was told it would be made.... It wasn't. I was lied to and not only not compensated, but disappointed at how cold...
