HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ASSOCIATE CASSANDRA. I’ve had two incidents with this same employee - on two separate occasions. She was very rude and it was unprovoked. The first time my mom and I approached her for help with an item without a price tag…she blatantly ignored us while we stood at the help desk in the clothing department. When she did finally acknowledge us, she had the worst attitude and offered little to no help. We weren’t able to purchase the item. As we were shopping in the store this evening, my mom and I were sharing a dressing room to try on clothing as the only other fitting room was occupied by a family. The employee knocked on the door and advised their policy is to have only one person in the fitting room at a time, so I promptly exited. When we returned moments later with other items to try on, we had been locked out of the dressing room entirely. We’re very nice and respectful individuals, so this behavior was shocking and completely uncalled for. Definitely won’t be returning to Big R anytime soon, that girl needs to...

I had tried to get a handgun last week. I was waiting for the background check. I called today and the lady told me im clear and they dont close until 8. So i got there at 720 to be told i would need to come back the next day they are closed. Not to mention i had just seen a lady talking with a guy about amno. The other lady came and even asked if i was Faith. I guess she is the one i spoke to over the phone. I told her if that was the case she should had told me to get there by 630 or something. Very unprofessional and really rude. I had to stop working believing i would be there on time when if they would have told me that when i called i would have been there earlier or would not had of made a blank trip tonight. They were supposed to call me when it cleared. Something told me to just call then all this. I will not be going there anymore after this. Terrible customer service. I will see how it goes...

Well,.....the store has alot of variety..... The supporting cast....or should we call them staff.....better yet ...let's call them employees....the employees could use some training in "Customer attention" ... This was the most sour bunch of individuals that we have seen.....my goodness....they did not greet the customers, they did not have any interest in helping the customers find any of the items on thier shopping list, and most of all they appeared to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed..... Such a shame......keep your fantastic store and inventory.....We can shop else where and be appreciated....
