Starbucks — Restaurant in Roswell

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life! No one here is trained to make any drink right, No one ever read the labels on what drink they're supposed to be making. You're always gonna get some are random mystery drink that doesn't look anything like what you order. They really need to go out of business or replace the entire staff. I've been going there for years this isn't the 1st time they mess up my drink they messed it up almost every time I make my order. It's gotten so badd to the point where I've decided to finally write this review hoping someone will make a change about it. I recommend going to the Johnson ferry around the corner it will save you a lot of time in the future or any other Starbucks...

Ordered my usual but at a different location because of an appointment. This was second visit here. My order was wrong. I made a u turn in rush hour and went via drive thru again. Explained my predicament. A Chai (not what I ordered) vs a Macchiato. Doesn’t sound the same not to mention taste is different. They remade the order. The young woman at the woman at the window had nothing at all to say. I guess I was wrong to expect an apologetic word or attitude. So I said: “You’re welcome” To which she replied “no worries. You’re good.” I took a sip and the drink was still wrong. The rep I spoke to suggested I go to the next Starbucks so I could move along...

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years, but lately the staff has become noticeably unfriendly and rude. You can’t even make a simple request—like asking for your drink to be made a little lighter or less bitter—without being met with attitude, snarky comments, or an unnecessarily rude tone. It’s frustrating when you’re spending your money and can’t even receive basic courtesy or a willingness to accommodate a small preference. This kind of treatment makes it really hard to want to keep supporting...
