Subway — Restaurant in Roswell

I typically have zero issues at this subway but today (7/31/2025) at about 6:10pm me and my family went inside planning on using coupons. We know that you can only use one coupon per transaction so we were going to make 2 transactions one made by me and one made by my husband. When we told the worker there will be two transactions made he stated "only one coupon per visit" the coupon doesn't state that you can only use one per visit, only one per transaction. When I again stated we will be doing 2 transaction we were told "it doesn't matter only one per visit" we have never had this issue before and we have done 2 transactions multiple times. There wasnt anything stating the policy had changed. We then went to a different subway location to retrieve our daughter's food and asked about this new policy of "one per visit" they stated it wasnt a policy the only policy is one per transaction. We went to subway on 2nd st in roswell nm. I was greeted with sarcasm and a rude staff member. I found a finger nail in my sandwich. I was refunded my money only to be attact again by the same person. As we were leaving. He banned us from going back to this location. We don't plan on going back. My husband heard me asking him what his problem with me was.. he said we needed to throw the trash. I had already taken the food I was eating back to him. I told my husband to leave his meal there so they could show management that the 2nd meal was also not eaten. He then told my husband that he would meet him outside. Words were exchanged . I might go there again because my First Visit was so Great!! Im a person who believes in getting what you pay for!! This last visit was anything but that!! Ordered a Italian BMT.and a Coldcut combo,Footlongs..I don't have much money right now and no car so i walked about 2 miles to get my Order,Well i got home and one sub had only Bacon and veggies on it.The other only had Bologna cheese and Veggies!!!
