Subway — Restaurant in Roswell

Food is good when they have what you want, which is rare. More times than not, they are out of certain types of bread, meat, cheese, and'or veggies. Staff is normally friendly, with a few occasions of rudeness. Had to argue with one lady over the price of a 5 dollar footlong. Ordered 2 of the exact same sandwiches, both priced at 5 dollars. Same toppings, cheese, meat, everything. First one rang up at 5 bucks like it was supposed to. Second rang up at closer to 7. When asked why, she stated "you wanted it cut in half and wrapped separately, making it 2 6 inch sandwiches."..... um, what? So a footlong sandwich cut in half and wrapped in 2 pieces of paper warrants a more than 2 dollar upcharge? Explained this to her, and she scowled at us, sighed at us, and punched the keys on the register to make us aware that she was not happy about this ordeal, even though we were more than friendly when asking her to correct it. The store is usually not as clean as a restaurant should be. Its clean enough to not be disgusting, but that's usually about as clean as it gets. Tables aren't clean after someone is done eating unless you ask the staff to clean them. Floors are not well kept, and restrooms are sub-par at best. This is easily the least professional of the...

I have always loved Subway, however I was disappointed in my recent visit (2/6/18 shortly before 7pm). I sent my kids in to get a sandwich and when my kids gave me my change it was $12.00 even. I asked them where the coins were and they stated that they didn't give anymore change. I then asked my brother who took his daughter in right before. My brother stated that they said 9 cents was his change but nothing came out. This leads me to conclude that the employees purposely turned their change machine off. While change from 2 orders isnt much, it does add up throughout the night. I won't go to a place where employees are dishonest. I hope this review reaches someone in management so they may...

Bread was dry, was out of several cheeses at the counter, had to go into back store room to get an acceptable cheese. One of staff was rude, asked for one footlong sub to be wrapped separately since the person getting it eats only half at a meal, and cashier rang it up as 2 6 inches, which is much more expensive, when it is the $5 foot long. Had to argue with cashier for several minutes, at the end of which she exclaimed "fine!" and then angerly rang it up correctly. Was very dissapointed, always seem to have some problem with this location. One time they where out of all bread except flatbread and out of 60% of everything else as well. Really hope this...
