Arby's — Restaurant in Rothschild

I grew up on Arby's far back I can remember putting down those delectable little meat-filled buns with cheddar cheese topping it off with my favorite sauce somewhere along the way we had to go mainstream today I bought a rap I got to tell you that was a mistake now the place isn't all that busy I'm in the middle of nowhere and I can't think that they get much flow here but when Dude comes in asking for a wrap you wrap it up I got this thing that look like a taco run over buy a semi truck oh yeah it was falling apart at the seams dripping in this red stuff they called buffalo sauce didn't seem to match what I was wearing seeing as how I was covered in it so I'm not going to knock Arby's for particularly failing on a mainstream idea but if you're going to do it let's do it so it's not inconveniencing the customer who pulled over smiled and said yes Arby's I should have stuck with what I know and the next time I pull in I'm getting the sandwich I don't think that the wrap is going to...

Extremely disappointed in the whole experience! We ordered online as we ordered 10 sliders & were previously asked to call ahead or order online if we are ordering more than 4 sliders. Pulled up & employees are standing outside the door smoking, a rude lady came over the speaker & when we told her we placed an order online she got even more rude, told us to pull forward. She was holding the bag out the window & when asked if we could have Arby’s sauce she got really irritated. Got home & the food matched her personality in the ways of being cold, looking sloppy & coming up really short on the quality & portions. We paid $2.69 for each fry & bought 3 so over $8 and the containers were half full. Pretty sure the employee did not have time to wash her hands after smoking before giving us our food! I sure hope the owners of this restaurant can see that their employees are taking it down before...

Had a very bad experience at this location. The service was horrible and the food was not the greatest. There was no one in the parking lot and there was 1 other car in the drive-thru. We waited 10 mins for someone to take the order. Once we got to the window, the worker was very rude and was moving extremely slow. We got our drink and waited another 10 mins to get the food. We orde two thing, a sandwich and fries. We look over and he is moving extremely slow and taking his sweet time to hand the bag out. The fries were cold and barely any in there and the sandwich was covered in too much sauce and was cold making it uneatlby. This was by far the worst experience...
