(3/3/21) Ordered at 615pm for carryout. Estimated time of completion was 638pm. I texted the number to say here. I waited 30mins in my car, as instructed with my hazards on. I watched 2 different delivery drivers come and go, so I decided to go in there. Low and behold my order is sitting on the heat rack and I asked why no one came out to deliver my food and the young boy that was flattening the dough said "we are very busy but if you know someone who needs a job, let us know "
Excuse me, I understand being busy but I was parked right in front and you couldn't step away for 1 minute to bring my food out?
What's the purpose of carside then if I'm getting a smart comment such as that.
I have been working in customer service for more than 20years and this was extremely uncalled for. I hope that his manager sees this and if he is the manager, shame on it all.
No I don't want a refund but just know I will no longer order from y'all.
Some might shrug their shoulders but I'm huge on customer service and HE shouldn't be in the industry
Edit: looking at the reviews, the understaffed issue seems to be ongoing for atleast the past 4months. Y'all should really look into that or atleast stop offering curbside. BTW, everything was barely warm at this point (I live 5mins down the road) so that isn't the issue of travel and it...

First off, I called to make a delivery order and the guy I talked to must have been high on something cause I had to repeat myself at least 3 times the entire time. I received my order and it was completely wrong. I called to notify them and they said that I was wrong because they were going off what their system said. I eventually asked for the manager, which I promise I NEVER do, and I can hear in the background, she ordered online so she’s wrong!! Finally the manager answered and called himself Ruben. Immediately he asks if I ordered online or over the phone. I told him I called over the phone and he seems surprised. He stutters the entire time and says that the only way he can fix my order is to make a new one but that would take more than 2 hours. Read moreDecided tonight that I wanted a Domino's Pizza. Went ahead and ordered it for delivery. They made the pizza in about 12 minutes (according to the time their site said it was "quality checked"). Unfortunately, it then sat there and waited for a driver for 30 minutes. When we called, we were given excuses (they are understaffed, which is their fault, and they had too many orders, which is the same problem and still their fault -- and none of which explains why they cooked it so long before they had a driver ready to take it), and told that it had "just" gone out (yeah, right) but if we had any problems they'd "make it right". That's right, they thought it was appropriate to send out a THIRTY MINUTE OLD PIZZA.
This thing is cold. Like, room-temperature cold. Do they not even have warmers?!
