I always go to this Dutch bros location because itās the closest one to where I live and I always have a good experience, except for yesterday⦠I stopped by on my way home and there were about 2 people in front of me. The person who took my order was exactly what you expect out of Dutch bros, friendly and nice. In the span of about 5 minutes, the location got super busy and all of a sudden one of the employees comes out mouthing cuss words and violently calls over her coworker taking orders about 5 cars down from me. They both go back inside and begin preparing orders. When I get to the window, the girl who took my order hands me one of my drinks with a smile while the other girl is violently cleaning a blender and tossing it around. I see her mock her coworker and childishly imitate what she was saying. I understand things get busy and Iāve worked a service job before, so I know how stressful rushes can be, but this behavior was unacceptable and childish. Itās not what I expect from Dutch...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first time ever going to Dutch Bros, and as an almost militant Starbucks enjoyer, I was a bit skeptical. Especially once I looked at the menu, so many options, and phrases I really didnāt get the distinction between (like whatās the difference between a āBlended Freezeā and just a regular shake lol) But I do have to say, after actually tr ying this place, I will probably never go to Starbucks again!!! Great coffee shop with great vibes, even better drinks and quite frankly amazing service!!! The employees are very knowledgeable, my server Nari was particularly impressive. She quickly and efficiently explained all of the differences between the several types of drinks on the menu, and was even able to tell me and my loving husband some great suggestions based on our orders at other coffee shops. I ended up getting a Dragon Slayer Rebel, while my adorable hubby landed on the less experimental Golden Eagle Blended Freeze, both of which were extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time ever trying dutch bros. Got a chocolate shake that cost a whopping $8. Immediately the guy at the window asks if I want to include a tip. For what?? Doing your job?? Lmao š. The look he gave me after I said no was SO sour and riddled with attitude too, and the shake was absolutely awful! I wish I was exaggerating, this chocolate shake was not a chocolate shake at all. It was ice blended with syrup, it had the consistency of a half melted ice coffee and the taste of chocolate was nowhere to be found. How are yall calling that a shake?? I had to throw the whole thing away. š what a joke of a place. Stop asking for tips this is getting insane! I will never be returning to any dutch bros...
