Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

I'll admit the last four years I've been all about Domino's. Things weren't always that way though. I grew up with Pizza Hut as my favorite pizza chain, Domino's could never touch it. Eventually Domino's reformulated their pizza (several times) and I tried it. It was a superior pizza I had to admit. So for the next few years I fully embraced Domino's. Little did I know, I was about to discover a creation called Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza. I noticed it was from a place I had forgotten from the past, Pizza Hut. Up until this point Pizza Hut had not grabbed my attention with anything they were doing. I placed my order for delivery online and waited. Soon the Ultimate Cheesy Crust arrived. It looked just like it did in the commercial, but how would it taste??? I'm telling you the reason I am writing this review is for two reasons. One, because the nice people over here at Pizza Hut near cat hollow made and delivered this thing(awesome). Two, because this pizza changed my outlook on the future in general. First off, this pizza was one of the best I've ever had. I know that might sound pretty wild for a national pizza chain but what made it so good was its simplicity. Food adventures to exotic and premium pizza places have lead me down a path of complex toppings, cheese blends, and crusts. The only topping I had on the Ultimate Cheesy Crust was pepperoni and it was perfect. The buttery flaky crust complimented the pool of melted cheese it held like yin and yang finished with the finest blend of herbs and spices. Eating that pizza restored my love for Pizza Hut, but it also helped restore my hope for a brighter future. Thank you Cat...

Terrible service. Terrible experience. Placed an order for delivery at 7:30. 20m later received a notice it was on its way. Said 25-35m until arrival. At 9, an hour later I called bc I hadn’t received my order. A young lady answered that literally didn’t even know a single thing. Couldn’t even look up my order. Clueless. Then a “manger” got on the phone. Said he saw my order and it would there “any minute” I said it’s been an hour since it left for delivery. Is it going to be cold? He cut me off and said “No way” and just let there be awkward silence on the phone. I’m like ??????? ok? ANOTHER 45 goes by…. So a total of 1 hour 45m since I received notice my order was out for delivery and 9:45pm by this point…. I call back. Clueless girl answers. Passes phone back to “manager.” Says my order was delivered before 8pm.

This is my THIRD experience with this restaurant where they screw up my order. The first 2 times they used Door Dash for delivery so I just assumed it was DD fault. This time was their own delivery person and they STILL can’t provide proper...

First, I placed an order to be picked up at a later time, 7:30, it was close to 6:30 at the time. However when my order went through it said it would be ready in 14 mins. I immediately called the store and asked if they could hold making the pizza to be ready at 7:15. My wife went to pick it up only for the store to tell her they did not have the order and that I must have ordered else. Even after sending my wife a screen shot of my order proving that I ordered from there they still argued about it. They finally found our pizza sitting under a heat lamp but even made a comment upon handing it to her that about it possibly not being paid for, which is idiotic since I ordererd/paid...
