H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery — Local services in Round Rock

I don't use this service and yes, maybe it's not fair I'm not basing my review on the service itself. I would like to review it based on how it has made me go from enjoying shopping at this local HEB to dreading it. The issue is that the carts the HEB employees use to shop for the folks who use this service are huge and take up the already too narrow aisle ways. It makes it difficult to maneuver around them and block items you may need to grab. This, in addition to the folks stocking shelves during store hours with their carts and the aisles being narrowed a few years back, makes it an aggravating experience to shop here. Sometimes, if the store is busy, you will not be able to get thru the aisle and will have to go around to get to the other end of the aisle. Hoping for some competition to open up nearby or to drop this service and stock at night. Used to love...

I use to shop here bi-weekly. After being poisoned by bad food several times, tied to thus location. And repeated broken bags spilling drinks and food everywhere, I've decided to not shop here at thus location. Seems over the years management of thus location has become a little too comfy and lax on training and quality of in store prepped food. Awful job management! Meanwhile I'm cleaning 3lt sodas off my kitchen floor today. 2 3lt bottles in 1 bag together?????? Really!? BIG SHOUT OUT TO EMILY V, AND HER BAGGER! GREAT JOB IN FLOODING MY DININGROOM...

I use curbside almost exclusively because of my poor health. I usually do pick up times in the late evening after work. These folks are always quick and efficient and I really appreciate their hard work. Today I called an hour ahead of my pickup time to add an item, expecting them to say "no", but they were cheerful and polite and helped me out! Really just a pleasure...
