Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Round Rock

I like this place. I've been here multiple times with my family. We always find a parking spot available which is nice. The place is clean. There's not a lot of people when we go which can make the ordering process a little easier if we're in a rush. The people are friendly and service is almost always fast. However, we went there today (July 27, 2023) and my sister had to wait 8 mins to get her caramelizer. We heard a lot of chit-chatting going on, unrelated to drive-thru orders or anything like that. The caramelizer was ready on the table where they prepare the drinks but no one was handing it out to us. We had to get their attention twice to finally get it. Not sure if I'll be coming here anytime soon.

Edit: Me and my family came here today (August 1, 2023) to try our luck again and our drinks came out in perfect time. The guy, didn't ask his name, was super nice/friendly. He personally handed out our 3 drinks the exact way we asked him to. My mom (Maria) loved her drink. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I was excited to swing by here. I came around 8pm Thursday, pretty quiet time. There were a lot of cones blocking routes I guess from earlier in the day to direct the drive thru so at first I went to the walk up. I was the only one in line, saw somebody stocking and no one came to the window. So I got back in the car and found the way into the drive thru. First store associate standing outside took my drink order and payment was friendly enough, asked and hoped my day was good a lot. Second associate responsible for handing me the drink at the window was hanging out leaning out the window (I guess for chatting with coworker outside) also asking and hoping my day was good a lot. I asked and she informed me how their stickers get handed out (visit the first of the month, they might have leftover on the 2nd). Drink was good (Pumpkin Brûlée Frozen), albeit a little too sweet, and I suppose they ran out of their logo printed cups as mine was blank. I am Kane, I don't normally reveiw places but this place is to incredible to not. I have been a regular here for almost an entire year and let me tell you what. THESE GUYS ARE KILLING IT!

I have worked in food management for 10+ years and it is so rare to find a crew and managers who not only enjoy their work, take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I RARELY see a work crew this incredible, and when i do i feel they need to be praised from on top of mountains.

To the entire staff and management of The Palm Valley Dutch Bros, I tip my hat to you and am forever thankful for you guys. Sometimes when my world was at its darkest, each and every one of you was my light and some days I really didnt think i had enough to keep going, but you guys treat me like family. Thank you so much foreverything you guys do and please don't ever change no matter what anyone ever tells you.
