I would give 0 stars if I could. Like others have stated, we have ALWAYS had horrible experiences here, but due to it's proximity, I keep trying to give it another chance. Well not after Saturday. We went around 5 pm. The screens weren't working, we sat at our stall for about 10 mins pushing the button over and over. I finally decided to try another stall. Sat there for another 10 minutes before I started HONKING MY HORN to get one of these morons to answer. I could see them just standing there cutting up at the drive thru window. They finally took my order, I had no way to pay...sat there ANOTHER 10 minutes, nobody came out. After 30 minutes of this, both of my children were exhausted and mad so we drove off. I don't know if this Sonic is franchised or what, but what a shame. I would be SO embarrassed to be running a business that is so well known and employed with such lazy degenerates. Read moreMy girlfriend and I have been to this Sonic and have been told on maybe 8 different occasions? (Not even exaggerating) that they aren't doing slushes, and on many other occasions no pretzels.
Now we understand no pretzels and we even understand a slush machine breaking once in a while, but 8 times, we've been told no slushes, seriously?
At this point we insist on never going there, in fact any time we have the urge to go there, we instead remind ourselves of the time we've wasted going there in the past and instead opt to stay home and hold a ritual prayer, in which we burn candles, chant, perform mock sacrifices and politely ask the universe to deliver this Sonic from the the deepest depths of inadequacy by dropping a meteor on this particular location.
Simply serving slushes and having respectful employees with basic good manners would also do the job of course... But let's face it, that's not as fun or cool as the meteor thing, until then, our prayer sessions and rituals...
Read moreAs a former Sonic employee who ever the manager and GM are should be ashamed. It consistently takes 5+ minutes to get get someone to actually take your order. When you do get your order it's usually wrong. The last time we came the carhop took our cash and came back and said she had no change gave us two poker chips tokens for medium drinks instead of 3 dollars and change and left. She did not ask if it was okay just handed them over said she was out of change and left.
We just tried to get two drinks, the parking lot had 7 cars total counting us and it took so long the button had to be pressed a second time after it cycling through and still not getting an answer we left it had been roughly 10 minutes and no one answered.
Go anywhere else if you want you food/drink made correctly and in a timely fashion.
