I’m giving 3 stars because I was not disappointed in the customer service skill from neither the microphone or window. I am repeatedly getting the same outcome with the finished result. I have had enough. Every time my spouse chooses to eat Taco Bell we go to this location and normally it’s around the same time. Every time I’m missing items that I’ve paid for. This time I was missing cinnamon twist. I think no problem. I’ll waste more of my time and go back with a receipt. But I didn’t get one. We ordered and as we were pulling up to the window she said ooo I’m so excited. I said hold your excitement and pray they don’t mess up this time. I personally like the xxl stuffed burrito but I was told it’s no longer available and that there is a supreme steak burrito. I said cool I’ll take two. I get home open up the taco. There was hardly any meat but a lot of beans. How come this is 4.29. I had no problem paying that because I was under the impression I was getting steak. Last visit was months ago because that time I was disappointed as well and had to return to the location for missed items only to get home and realize I received the wrong thing again. I need service that tends to the order. Maybe include a checker. Maybe retrain. Why can’t I trust that I’m spending money to receive what I’m asking for? But after this it may be an even longer time until I return. And that makes me sad to say. Tried calling both lines to get voicemail. So how am I supposed to receive what I’m missing. Read moreSadly, at this point in time, there is very rarely a good experience at any drive thru. It would seem that paying for a service but getting nothing in return is the new normal. But today was a new and unfortunate low. First, we patiently waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. That's completely okay, we understand. Second, while having our order taken, we were asked to repeat many times on each request. Okay, perhaps distraction or background noise. Third, we were frequently interrupted with comment oddities. Fourth, we were asked to donate to help high-school kids graduate. Now, about every other drive thru we donate to whatever the current cause is. But today we replied, "No thanks, not today". And the response received was, "Aw man. That really SUCKS." Followed by a long pause, then a curt, "Second window". We then waited another 10 minutes behind two cars clearly unhappy with their own service. Once we paid ($30), we received our food fairly quickly. As we pulled away, we realized we received one straw for two drinks, no chips and nacho cheese, a chicken quesadilla with creamy jalepeno sauce (which we had requested to be removed for a kiddo), and two burritos, two soft tacos, two crunchy tacos and two chulupas with the exact same variation of beef, lettuce and cheese. One of the burritos was wrapped in a soft taco shell inside of a burrito shell. This would have been interesting, but fine, had we not ordered two Cantina Crispy Chicken Delux boxes. I ordered two Beef Crunchy Taco Supremes, and I must say they were absolutely delicious and satisfying. The tacos were perfectly crunchy and loaded with flavorful ingredients, making every bite a true delight.
One thing that really stood out during my visit was the efficiency of the drive-thru service. The line moved quickly, and I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order. This is especially important when you're in a hurry or simply craving some tasty tacos.
Furthermore, I'd like to commend the outstanding service provided by Kirenia, who took my order. They were not only quick and efficient but also incredibly energetic and polite. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
In summary, my visit to the Taco Bell on Palm Valley in Round Rock was a delightful one.
