FINALLY. I've been searching for a place that served a good Bahn mi and vermicelli bowl, and this spot delivered!

The pork was tender, seasoned so well that the ancestors were proud, and every item layered on added that extra depth that makes Viet cuisine my absolute favorite.

There's not a whole lot of toppings or a wide variety that you'd normally expect from Viet places, but the flavors and textures are solid and really shine from the simple garnishes. There's a lot more to Vietnamese food than pho, and I'm excited to see it not on the menu. 😤

Incredible and Authentic, Revealing and Inspiring, Mom’s Bahn Mi creates some of the best bahn mi’s this side of the pacific. Her recipe is unique yet traditional - she incorporates a special sauce which highlights the traditional bahn mi flavors. Every element of the sandwich is well planned and orchestrated and shines through with its own light. The result is a wonderful ménage aflame with the tingle of jalapeno. The Thai tea was freshly brewed as well showing tasty notes I had never experienced before.
