Here is my review scale: outstanding, awful and terrible. This place ranks awful.

I am a loyal summer moon regular, have been to many of the shops surrounding the Austin Metro area, this location is subpar. Someone here seems to be a cancer to the rest of the team.

Today’s experience broke the backs camel, super long waiting time in the driveway that I ended it up playing an episode of kill Tony just to kill time, the speaker sounded like it was messing up, I get to the window and attitude right off the bat, or a sense of “I hate my life” kind of day, I grab my drink and realize as I drive away that they completely gave me the wrong drink. I go back inside to ask for the right one and I get greeted with a “wassup” followed by “do you not want that drink?” Girl! If I wanted it I would have driven away, of course I don’t want a drink I didn’t order that’s why I came back lol

Asks me to pour it out for her, hands me the right drink a few minutes later and not once did I hear her say: sorry about that, have a nice day, nothing. Y’all need to fix your attitudes in here and either get to work on time or hustle a little harder, I don’t think I need to tip for a thank you for you to do your job and say a simple “have a nice day” either.

This location is the closest one to me, but I would definitely drive farther out just to not have to deal with an unreliable location.
