Don't go if you're in a wheelchair.... 2 months ago I bought 2 tickets to Snoop Dogg. I purchased general admission center stage so that I could be up close. A month ago, I dislocated my ankle, broke it in 3 places, had to get 13 screws and 2 plates put in, and have not been able to put any weight on it. I called Dell diamond ahead of time and they said there wasn't a problem with me being in a wheelchair. When I got there they mentioned that they had handicapped seating in the bleachers, which was nowhere near the stage and if I wanted to be that far away, I would have purchased less expensive tickets. There wasn't a direct way to get me on the field, which was a pain, but I understand. We were directed to the back of the stadium and then had to go across the lawn in a wheelchair. At this point I was still cool because everyone was nice and helpful. They also warned me that once I got down there, I wouldn't be able to use the bathroom, I was okay with that too. When I stopped being okay was that I was unable to see the stage most of the time. When you're 3 feet tall it's impossible to get a good view and people continued to stand in front of me. The VIP section was the only section that was in front of us and I asked the lady if I could just hang out near the entrance so I could see and she said she wasn't allowed to let anyone in. So basically I spent almost $200 two months ago to sit in 50 degree weather listening to Snoop sing. He did good, but I wish I would have been able to see him and get the view of the stage that I paid for. If they had told me that it was a problem when I called asking about it, I would have just asked for a refund (which I don't even think they would have done). I tried to make the best of it and enjoy the music and like I said everyone was really cool, I was just really disappointed that I wasn't able to...
Read moreBEWARE OF BUYING TICKETS for the rouge invitational if you actually want to see anything! The event was so miss managed by the event organizers and the stadium organizers it was absolutely awful! I came out to texas from Alaska and paid 2k for tickets and $600 for event tickets to see 2 events in person. The events were delayed in time and displaced from the field to a random spot in the spot of the stadium were less than 2% of the people could watch. There was zero transparency for anything! This would have been better if the announcers would have let us know where it was and when it would actually start. The jumbotron was very pixelated and couldn't see it if it was bright outside. I can just watch the event on YouTube for FREE! Then they had so much equipment running you can hear the announcer. Seats were not listed as described. I could not see any of the strongman events from my assigned seats and there was no layout when buying tickets. It was to probably to boast sales, so they could sell more tickets for the event. BEWARE OF SEAT PLACEMENT! Hours long delays, absolute trash management of time and event placement. Security said no umbrellas and made us put ours back in the car, but there was 20 umbrellas in the stands. This is SO unacceptable for a "big" strongman or crossfire event. 100% not worth the 8.5 hours of flying and $3k! This just shows how no one is accountable for anything and just give us your money! Worst in person event! Will not come back to any...

We finally had the chance to make our way back for a game this season. With that I enhanced our experience by purchasing Dell Premium seats which also provided access to the Intel club. I have always wanted to experience this luxury upgrade and luckily got the chance.
The ballpark itself is nice where nicely greeted entering the parking lot with plenty of spaces to choose from. We arrived right when guests were allowed inside so we could walk around to see what was new. A few food vendors were changed out and new items in the team store of which purchased some.
This is a very family friendly place where I noticed kids were having a great time. There are many different seating options available and as I walked around the park you have great vantage points wherever you sit.
Our Dell Premium seats had a counter top in front of us to place our drinks and food on, and a server to take our orders. We had a special menu where the chicken sandwich I ordered tasted really good. We were provided a wristband and ventured up to Intel Club to explore it. There was a full bar, Hall of Fame display, tables, outdoor balcony seating, and upgraded restrooms. It was a nice space to escape the heat outside. But my wife wanted to return to the seats so we did to watch the Round Rock Express win.
Leaving the ball park was easy with no issues, and overall had...
