Tonight I wanted a Chick-Fil-A cob salad with avocado ranch more than anything! So I jumped in the truck and made my way to the location on Lakeview parkway. As usual the line was getting pretty long and hanging out of the parking lot into the street because people were not going around the building in order to get in the actual drive through line. However I did because I did not want to be part of the problem and this was the correct way to join the drive through line. (I have been sick as a dog for a week otherwise I would have gone in)
When I tried to enter the line correctly I had several people honk and try to ram my truck so I politely let them go first as I know from their point of view it looked like I was trying to skip the line. Well after 3 people went ahead of me I was finally able to join the line. Upon doing so another car rammed my bumper and honked. ( the line is now severely hectic and not being managed) I got out of my truck to inspect the damage. A woman rolled down her window an waived her insurance papers at me while screaming “ here you go! I was in line before you anyway!” I told her it was fine that the damage was minor got back in my truck ignoring her comment. I knew had I tried to explain it would have escalated.
I called the store and let them know what occurred in the drive through. The manager was not as concerned as I was and was suggesting that it was not a problem he would concern himself with as he can’t control guests. While I understand that Chick-Fil-A can control how they manage the ever growing lines on their property. I suggested cones to outline the path to the drive through fixing the issue all together. I see other locations do this and it speeds up everything for everyone. I also suggested that the outside crew manage the line as well. Again something other locations do. However he rushed me off the phone and said he’d look into it. His tone was unconcerned.
I was literally rear ended in your parking lot and yelled at while I’m sick. I’m just trying to get a dang salad! The least you could say is “ im sorry you experience that today.” But no it’s not your problem that your guest leave the property upset, frazzled and stressed out just trying to get a salad! I’m very disappointed. I have always been impressed with Chick-Fil-A as a whole, heck I had y’all cater my wedding in December! I’m simply baffled that this happened. I have never had a bad experience before at any location. I have never had an attitude from any staff before either. The Chick-Fil-A brand is not strong at this location and it makes a huge difference!
5 star Review I posted about 8 months ago is below:

Read moreWe had a catering order confirmed and scheduled for pickup today at 3:30. I arrived around 3:40 to pick up the order but it was not ready. I could hear employees asking each other about it and it sounded like they had no idea about the order, even though the order was placed a day before.
I then waited over thirty minutes, with no update on the status of the order until about twenty minutes in when someone told me they were "working on it". After another ten minutes I let them know the order was scheduled to be picked up at 3:30 and the event it was for was about to be over. It was only after then that they told me they were bagging the sandwiches.
It was already past 4 by the time the order was done. I did not mention this at the time but that event this was for was actually a funeral. I left in the middle of the funeral to "quickly" pick up the sandwiches so that by the time it was done, we could provide them for attendees as a grab and go while they were leaving since we were not going to have an actual reception. I missed over thirty minutes of the funeral when I only anticipated to be gone for no more than 15 minutes, and by the time I came back, it was over and a quarter of the guests had left.
My mother called to complain to the manager but it didn't seem like they cared much and their sorry excuse was that they were told by me that they had to individually bag all the sandwiches and that is why it took so long. The thing is, this was already confirmed when the order was placed. The special instructions in the order confirmation explicitly stated: "individually bag the sandwiches", and this confirmation was sent an ENTIRE day beforehand (if I am able to provide a screenshot of that confirmation, I will). Why weren't the sandwiches already ready by 3:30? Or even being 10 minutes late is understandable, but over 30 minutes? Why didn't they already know they were supposed to individually bag the sandwiches? It was clear by the comments made by the employees and the amount of time it took that they did not even begin the order until I had arrived.
If the manager had actually tried to express how sorry they were for the delay and attempt to rectify the situation in some way when my mother called, I might not be writing this review. However, what's most upsetting to me is that my time was wasted, resulting in me missing a large part of a funeral for a loved one, and that is something I...
Read moreI usually don’t waste my time writing reviews, but Chick-fil-A has earned this public dragging. If you enjoy flavorless regret, step right up—because this place specializes in disappointment.
Let’s talk about the sandwich. A proper chicken sandwich comes with PICKLES—it’s the golden rule. But apparently, Tick-fil-A decided to break that rule and serve me a naked sandwich. No crunch, no tangy goodness, just dry chicken suffocating between two buns. At first, I thought maybe the pickles had just slipped off. Maybe they were hiding. Maybe I was on some secret food prank show. But no. They simply never existed.
This immediately reminded me of that SpongeBob episode where Bubble Bass had the audacity to fake outrage, only to reveal later that he had been hiding the pickles under his tongue the whole time. But in my case, there was no dramatic reveal—just me, sitting there, pickle-less, questioning my life choices.
The fries? Equally disappointing. Just vibes and starch. Not a single grain of salt to save them. I took a bite and immediately understood why Patrick once chewed on a napkin and called it a meal.
Now, the one redeeming thing? The medium lemonade. Cold, refreshing, and probably the only thing preventing this meal from being a complete disaster. If only they put as much effort into their food as they did into squeezing those lemons.
So if you want a chicken sandwich that leaves you feeling betrayed and fries that taste like they belong in the Lost and Found, Chick-fil-A is the place for...
