Horrible customer service, and the crew at this location had apparently decided not to do any work on this Sunday. I had to drive to another location, that was only slightly better to get pizza. I will tell my son Little Caesar’s is not a pizza option moving forward. What happened: First I started to place an online order, but then decided that I really didn’t want to put it on a card. So I called in for a pick up order I sat on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, the only reason I could wait so long is because I was getting my child dressed to ride with me to go pick up the pizza. I expected to see a very busy store when I arrived, since nobody could pick up the phone after being on hold for over 15 minutes. When I arrived, there were no customers in the store, I saw three employees there, they were all in the back, and one pizza in the oven. So I tried to place my order once the young lady came to the counter, and was told that what I wanted (stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni) was only available online… she proceeded to tell me that pretty much anything beyond a ”hot and ready” would have to be ordered online. Obviously confused, I asked if I complete the order online she would make it , but since I was ordering and paying cash at the counter it was unavailable to me. To which she replied yes, I a said you would rather me spend my money at your competitor than let me place my order at the counter? That was met with a shoulder shrug, and I couldn’t hear what she actually said. I asked to speak with her manager, she said she wasn’t there. I asked when she would be available, she said that she didn’t know. I asked for the manager’s name and number, she reluctantly said Alicia and gave no further information. When i went in no one even acknowledge my presence.
Hispanic guy on the heavy side and red head Caucasian both stood directly in front of register and never looked up or said one word.
Other customers came in behind me and was never acknowledge either.
Horrible customer service. They were only concentrating on online orders and wasn't accepting walk in orders as it appeared.
It appeared that if they ignored then people would leave.
So always place order online. Horrible customer service.
Ordered Cheesy Bread on 5-14-23. Tracking system says its cooking. Got there a little earlier and the lady tried to give me one that was already in warmer that looked so dry and old.
They didn't have one cooking at all and now I have to wait 10 minutes to prepare. She through the old one in trash.
Customer service must get better. Uhh!!
Hello vitied this place again 8/15/25 Angelic M OMG!!!No customer service skills at all. Not personable at all. Rolling eyes No eye contact. Showed no interest at all with her job. Not sure if the name that's on the receipt is her but this lady is either Indian or Hispanic with piercings. She wears a pink hat. Really need to be the cook and not with customers.

Read moreI ordered several things on Saturday night through the app for delivery. After an hour of waiting, they canceled my order. There was no call, no explanation. I called and called and they never would pick up the phone. I called the next day and finally after a few hours, someone answered and they were so unhelpful. I talked to a “manager” and was told to call back in ten mins to talk to another manager. No way! So I can call with no answer? I wanted my refund of almost 40 bucks! I waited all day for the call I was suppose to get in a few mins and never got it. When I talked to them on the phone they just kept telling me it wasn’t canceled and it was put in the bin. This was a delivery! Take care of you Mr damn customers! Good news is that I called the 800 number late Sunday afternoon and it was little Caesar customer service. They saw that they canceled my order because a “DoorDasher” had stolen my order. Ok, then why not remake it? How is it the customers fault? I waited an hour and then had to call another pizza place to get the food that we had been waiting on. I love little Caesars but we will not be using this...
