Subway — Restaurant in Rowlett

Never will we be becoming to this Subway location. Very poor customer service and come to think the person is the manager and the only employee available at this time. Completely ignored our presence while she continued online orders while customers are waiting and never a friendly smile or greeting to say” I will be with you in just a few minutes to take your orders”. When we did place our orders, this so called Dee manager was so rough, so military style “ and what else “ until we were ready to pay with our coupon. She was was ordering my husband in her loud voice “ don’t scanned coupon yet “ and afterwards when we finished paying, , my husband ask for our cup for drink and she either ignored him to attend to another customer or did not hear him asked the question, my husband took the cup since we already paid and she came yelling at my husband not to take the cup and banged the cup in front of us. This was so frustrating and we came at peace to eat a late lunch in this hot summer heat and we are greeted with a lousy service from this named Dee manager. I told her the customers eating inside have seen her bad mood and behavior and probably will never come back to this location. We have been to many Subway with superb customer service and friendly staff but this particular Subway, we vowed never to come back. We just left ignoring if we did not get our drink . We love Subway but we are telling our friends, relatives and neighbors to avoid going to this particular location for poor and lousy customer service. Deserves...

I wish I could give zero stars...

My husband and I visited this store tonight. We arrived at 8:45. All chairs were on tables, almost all of the food had been put away.

The very rude individual, Chris, making sandwiches (there was 1 customer ahead of us and she was already working on his order when we arrived) informed us they were closing at 9. The sign on the door said they close at 9:30, the Web says 10 or 11 PM...

Okay. Well, we had no idea that there was not plenty of time to make 2 6" sandwiches in 15 minutes so we stood and waited while she v.e.r.y s.l.o.w.l.y made the 1 sandwich for the customer ahead of us. I have never seen anyone move so deliberately and slowly when making a sub.

She finally completed his sandwich at 8:55. And promptly went to the back without a word to us. She waited back there until 9. Then came out and haughtily informed us that the register was closed and she couldn't make our sandwiches.

She was rude and haughty. She could have cared less when i wanted to know the master's name. When I asked her name, she pointed to her hat, where her name tag was.

Obviously, no one at this store cares about bad reviews or employees that treat customers very badly ... based on other very bad reviews I have read about that store tonight. Well, they lost two customers tonight. I understand the store inside Walmart is far better. That's where I will be taking my business...

Well let me start by saying I really like subway. The one in Rowlett I really don't care for. Every time I go in there they're always out of something. Ranch, mayonnaise, tomatoes, Etc you name it they're always out of something. I have to start the conversation with the guy fixing my sandwich with the same what are you out of today. Seems like if you're not going to have enough food to fix what you're trying to sell then you're not going to be able to sell it. LOL while I was in there the guy that came in behind me I told him you have to ask for what they're out of. They had three microwaves and none of them worked that's not even the problem the last time I was in there only one worked. So either the owner isn't making enough money or doesn't care. That guy ended up leaving and not ordering. I just think when I'm choosing a place to go eat I think in my head Subway. I have to go there and ask if they're out of stuff and if they're out of what I want then I have to go somewhere else. So is it worth me going to Subway just have to leave and go somewhere else. This is what I'm talking about you know a customer thinks this way you might have a problem. Hope you can get it straightened out love Subway. Probably eat it twice a week, but not in...
