McDonald's — Restaurant in Roxboro

Takes a lot for me to right a bad review but I’m done going thru this Roxboro location cause I know better . Food is consistently pitiful …. I go so rarely that I forget to check the food, not the bag, the food in it. It’s ALWAYS pitiful! My fam says they have my picture up in there. Just got a Big Mac, paid for xtra sauce, got half way home to the country some 20 mins out , no cheese on the Big Mac, no sauce period, much less xtra , burned bread. Seems it was missing other stuff as the box was so light …. half the sandwich. Guess they pieced my sandwich together missing half of it instead of making it fresh. Add the coke looked like iced tea (no ice for the long trip) or one would expect tea. That boy on the phone told me he couldn’t replace my food without seeing it. I never asked that of him and sure as hell wasn’t driving another 15 mins each direction to have them evaluate it either. I wasted all that money on food, I’m not waisting more in gas.

Durham and stem Macdonalds do an awesome job on their food quality even off rush hour. ( this was 500 pm) I was pulled to the side to wait…for terrible food. Btw I would have been happy to wait, for…. hot food. I’m officially stating Roxboro Melcdonalds location is awful! Took ALOT of bad visits to write...

Every time I go through Drive Through line after 7pm the employee only takes orders from one line! Last night I saw a customer back up from line1and move to line 2..her order was taken immediately. I waited behind the car still in line 1..after 2 more minutes I backed up and drove into line 2..then they took line 1order THREE OTHER NEW CUSTOMERS from line 1 while I'm still waiting in line 2. I just drove on and when I get to the second window the employee gives me a hard time! She asks someone..how am I suppose to ring up this customer who just drove up here to order his caramel Sunday with nuts? She rang me up and handed me the sundae WITHOUT THE NUTS again! This is not the first time your employees were not trained to look up to see if you have customers waiting in line and when they do..they never look to see if anyone is in line 2! I just went to McDonald's today at Walmart thinking that I was going to get lunch before I went grocery shopping because I just left school and I told the employees what I wanted and they told me they had nothing on stock and their manager wasn't even there to monitor them so I want to know what are you guys doing to stop this from happening in other businesses across North Carolina. Because everybody goes to Walmart and wants something to eat or and wants something to munch on if they haven't eaten anything for lunch yet and it's just ridiculous for one of your business to not have anything in stock to give your customers and laugh at them and embarrass them in public in front of their friends and family like it's...
