Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roxboro

Placed an order at 538pm, got to the window at 644 - had to wait behind a car for over 15 mins at the window, BTW my car slid on the ice pulling up to the window (I couldn't see it until after rounding the corner and by then it was too late) as their lane must not have been treated for the snow we got... Fast forward to getting to the window for pick up on my box that was already marked as ready in email! Paid for the pizza then the lady walked off. Returned said she was going to check to see if the pizzas were in the oven yet and left again. Returned again to say the pizzas were about to come out. Watched employees drop pan grips on the floor and reuse, watched employees come in from outside without stopping to wash their hands before going to their station, watched an employee fill up a sauce container with lotion, watched employees go from money handling to cutting pizza without washing hands, touch hat and face without washing hands, then a manager cluelessly meander through the chaos. Eventually at 740 an employee grabbed a pizza box of the rack walk around back then head to the window. She handed us a pizza that had been sitting on their ready rack that they had already tried to hand another customer (box opened by other customer and all)...the pizza was obviously cold. She said she'd get the manager. Explained to the manager the situation and he was like yeah I dont know why that happened we only had 2 employees and we are busy (no there have been 4 including yourself for the 50 mins we have been sitting at the window). Took the pizza we waited 2hours in total...

This pizza hut experience was one of the top 2 worst food restaurants deals I've ever experienced! Wed. Was 5pm till 8pm buffet . we ordered at 5:40 their wasn't but 4 adults 2 kids in the restaurant total and buffet table was empty they already were waiting on pizza at buffet . Waitress said it's coming out the oven waited 15 minutes more people had entered by then total of 17 people waiting on pizza buffet they finally brings out 1 pizza after all that waiting! ! Waited more time and i looking at the other employees and the manager and nobody show no since of urgency !!! 17 people waiting still! ! So people started going to the salad bar while waiting on pizza and its empty mostly everything is gone but employees walking around jolly aint doing nothing! ! I asked for the manager she never came over to respond. Management needs to be evaluated. I will not recommend the pizza hut to no one. 3 employees walking around jolly but their were at least 4 tables dirty needed to be cleaned off. My Ratings::: "Better Homes & Garbage "...

We called in an order and was told be ready in 20 minutes, went in to get my order waitress said wait a minute and started facetiming someone while walking around kitchen,then she took my pizza snd sit them on table in front of registers, another waitress told me yhe wings werent ready because they were having a wing shortage, we are going on 40 minutes now from call in, was told wing would be ready in 7 minutes, well 15 minutes still no wings. While waiting an elderly couple came in the woman lower her head to say grace and the waitresses started giggling saying she fell asleep, finally got my order, but will never return to this Pizza Hut, very unprofessional and totally no customer service,I RECOMMEND ANYONE WANTING PIZZA TO LOOK ELSE WHERE, Pizza Hut in Roxboro back in the day was good but now its not worth the money or time pizza was cold before i got to car and wings were dry and overcooked with very little...
