Wendy's — Restaurant in Roxboro

I Go here alot to get my family food despite not wanting too for this reason, and I always order a bacon Cheeseburger with EXTRA bacon. EVERY I mean EVERY time they charge me 60 cents and don't put it on. Then when I tell them they get an attitude like IIIII MESSED IT UP ?! so half the time I just deal with it because I don't wanna go through the trouble of getting it fixed and risk losing my cool because of it happening over 100 times now and me being fed the heck up with it, and no I am NOT being dramatic I LITERALLY mean OVER ONE HUNDRED TIMESSSS . I started counting last year. Once I realised it was going to happen enough to where i needed too.... I mean I feel I should get free bacon for life don't you?! . But the one star goes to the one or two times I actually got it. I guess it all depends on who's working. Or the one guy that actually does a good job. Most of the people there sit around talking to eachother the whole time and don't even notice your still at the window waiting on the rest of your food or drink they forgot to give you. Because of them.. TALKING. If you dont wanna work then don't. If you are then at least do your job. Or at least TRYYYY. Or ACT like you might in the smallest way CARE. And for the love of gosh READ A SCREEN AND DONT MESS UP SOMEONES ORDER THISSSS MANY TIMES!! I mean what is it a freaking conspiracy where you are told to slack people on bacon ?! What the hell?! . Tonight I went to Wendy’s and waited for an hour in the drive thru for our food. I knew why it was taking so long but I got bored and read the reviews for the place. Lately it’s been a negative review. I had a big order so when I got to the window I waited a while so I heard and saw every thing. I knew they were dealing with what everyone else has seemed to be dealing with lately. These people I have seen each time for a week straight. I felt terrible. Businesses are SHORT STAFFED!!! These(from what I saw) less than 4 people had people coming in cussing them out because the drive thru was so busy it was almost impossible for them to deal with the entire store. So they were forced to do what a lot of businesses had to do, they had to change how the business ran. They closed the lobby at 8. I first hand heard people fighting with them in the lobby. I just wanna say, everyone is struggling right now. KFC and Taco Bell shut down the other day due to short staff. Even though I waited an hour I told them they were doing an awesome job and the girl let me know that meant something. Appreciate those who show up to work right now. I wouldn’t want to be dealing with that stress and I talked with the girl for a bit. Business are suffering and if you wanna complain that’s fine but right now people are doing all they can. There's a lady in Wendy's named hellinka it sounded like that's what another customer called her she is an emp inloyee at Wendy's in roxboro NC I went through the drive-thru I asked for the fries to be fresh and hot that was it they were cold and soggy. So I went pulled around walked in showed a lady and a man took the fries from me and through them away he Holland drop fries I waited the lady hellinka walked up and tried to give me a small size fries and I said it was supposed to be a large and she was questioning me about the other fries and the man said I brought them in so she turns around to make a large for me and he says just put them both in the bag and she says unh unh he white that extremely racist for no aparent reason I don't know what I did I had never met this person before I just don't understand where this bias remark came from a hatred fired need to treat me down and different because of the color of my skin I can't even eat this food I don't what else could had been going on I will be investigating the right people to talk to about this it's scary to know someone like this is working in food services for human...
