Arby's — Restaurant in Roy

DO NOT go to this Arby's unless you want to be ignored and treated terribly.

I walked into this Arby's to order a sandwich. I waited while SueAnn, the GM, was talking to her friends while they waited for their food. She never acknowledged me. A worker, Denali, came to the counter to say it would be a few minutes ...well i already waited about 5 minutes without being greeted. I tried to ask Denali a question but she quickly walked away. Denali came back to take my order and I was asking questions about the sandwiches. SueAnn comes over to explain the specials to me and told me that the specials that I saw online were not available. I was trying to decide what to order. Then SueAnn's friends start telling me to mind my business and started dropping the "F" word to me. Actually they should mind their business and let me order even tho I had questions. I couldn't talk to either employee without the friends talking over me. I asked for a supervisor's name & number....but only got a name because they only have a personal phone and no business phone....strange. Again the friends were talking over our conversation and were very rude and talked with the "F" bomb. I just walked out without ordering since I was being treated so terribly. It was a terrible experience...sad to say that I drove home almost in tears from being treated so rudely.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier was polite and our food was fresh. The GM Sueann delivered our meal to the table whilst also doing her inventory. She checked to see if we needed anything else and a womanBrenda Griggs came in and the manager immediately informed her team that a new guest had arrived via her headset. After haggling the prices of the sandwiches and telling the manager that the website was lies she started to yell at the staff. It was so rude. She was also angry that we were delivered our food and she wasn't immediately waited on. As she stood back 5 feet from the counter. People who disrespect service employees have a special place in hell waiting for them. Sueann was extremely professional. Very patient and trying to please the customer to no avail. This was our first time in for a bite. We will be back. And Miss Brenda should have been in tears. Over her deplorable...

I came to get dinner for my family on Sunday 7/2. When I got home I noticed I was missing a chicken tender, which isn't much of a problem to me, people make mistakes so I went back to get my chicken as well as order an 8 piece jalapeño popper. when I got up to the window I was accused of lying which was a little frustrating and a bit rude but still understandable the name on the receipt was Fernanda. when I got home I realized I only got a medium fry when I ordered a large as well as I only got a 4 piece jalapeño popper instead of the 8 piece I ordered this was very frustrating and disappointing. I’m a very understanding person who also works in fast food so I would usually never write a review or even be upset at a situation like missing an item but this was a little over board considering how much of my order...
