I spoke to a manager on 4/13/25 and he told me to speak to the owner. He ensured me this will be made right.

Today 4/14 I spoke to leo the manager. I'm assuming the owner wasn't available or he didn't want me to talk to him. He offered to remake the pizza and I pick it up. I ordered via Uber eats for a reason. I live downtown detroit without a car!!! He told me to contact uber for a refund which I did and was denied via uber eats app. They do not have a number to contact them via phone. The only option he gave me was to spend MORE OF MY MONEY to order a bottle of water and he will send the correct pizza. I just simply want my money back. As a business owner. He could of simply made it right by sending me my money 3rd party (cash app or venmo etc) yet they don't value their selves in good business. If they had a good business ethic that pizza should of went into the trash before reaching my door step.

In conclusion, if you want good pizza avoid these people. They don't care about you or the art of pizza. You are a disgrace...

Not caring about the freshness of your product before it goes out the door is horrible business practice as well as telling your customer "why would I do that?" Maybe to avoid getting people sick? The complete disregard for my health, your products quality as well as your way of dealing with valid concerns about freshness were not okay. If your margins are so bad where you can't make fresh food for customers who've been waiting for multiple hours for their food you shouldn't be in business sorry to tell you. I've never heard nor encountered a restaurant that refused and actually tried to force me to pay for food that has sat longer than the food in fast food holding trays. Ridiculous. Also I said. "It's fine you won't make me new food I will just cancel and leave you a review accordingly." Dishonesty will catch up with you...

I have been a customer for years. Never had a terrible order until this evening. The pizza came and it tasted simply stale with cardboard consistency. I placed a call to gently inform them that the pizza was unlike their usual quality. I was insulted on the phone and told maybe I don't like the way they do things. I was told maybe the pizza was burnt. I was told "next time we will keep an eye on it". Well, I have to have back surgery and couldn't cook. I am so disgusted after over 3 years my loyalty was instantaneously broken. The unpleasant individual who answered my call was so cocky and rude, I will never order from them again. Perhaps my pain level is high, but I can assure you or anyone who orders from there to call elsewhere. No allegiance to their own...
