I spoke to a manager on 4/13/25 and he told me to speak to the owner. He ensured me this will be made right.
Today 4/14 I spoke to leo the manager. I'm assuming the owner wasn't available or he didn't want me to talk to him. He offered to remake the pizza and I pick it up. I ordered via Uber eats for a reason. I live downtown detroit without a car!!! He told me to contact uber for a refund which I did and was denied via uber eats app. They do not have a number to contact them via phone. The only option he gave me was to spend MORE OF MY MONEY to order a bottle of water and he will send the correct pizza. I just simply want my money back. As a business owner. He could of simply made it right by sending me my money 3rd party (cash app or venmo etc) yet they don't value their selves in good business. If they had a good business ethic that pizza should of went into the trash before reaching my door step.
In conclusion, if you want good pizza avoid these people. They don't care about you or the art of pizza. You are a disgrace...

I placed a call to gently inform them that the pizza was unlike their usual quality. I was insulted on the phone and told maybe I don't like the way they do things. I was told maybe the pizza was burnt. I was told "next time we will keep an eye on it". Well, I have to have back surgery and couldn't cook. I am so disgusted after over 3 years my loyalty was instantaneously broken. The unpleasant individual who answered my call was so cocky and rude, I will never order from them again.
