I am happy to be retracting my review below. Today my co-worker order food. She came back and handed me a chicken shawarma bowl! compliments of the owner Ken. I was shocked! She said that Ken apologized for the expierience I had last week. He said it wasnt his intentions to upset me over my order, they were very busy that day and he had a lot going on. He wanted to make things right and he did! Ken did a good thing by replacing my food. I appreciate his gesture! It shows he does care about his customers being satisfied and happy. Thank you Ken for making this right for me. I will continue to patronize your estiblishment.
I just had a horrible conversation with the owner Ken! I had to give a 1 star review to post my experience. Otherwise it would be (0 ZERO). Me and my co workers order food on a regular basis. My co-worker called a order in for a couple of different meals. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Bowl, I specified NO tomatoes. I heard my co-worker call the order in, she said please make sure you don't add tomatoes. Well! I got the bowl and wouldn't you know it!!!! there were a ton of tomatoes!!!!! I immediately called spoke to Ken (JERK) the owner of the establishment. I explained the bowl has tomatoes, Ken said yes I know "I did add tomatoes" No I'm sorry, I apologize for the mix up. Instead he suggested that I bring the bowl back, and he'd remake it! Well I explained to Ken, I am at work and do not have the please of taking as many lunch breaks as I would like, therefore I am unable to come back today. Ken had the Freaking NERVE to say "ok then bring it back on Monday which is 3 days from now, and he'd replace it. My reaction was WOW really what a JERK!!!! this is how you treat a customer. Most business owners with Class, Integrity and good business SENSE! would have 1st Apologized, 2nd Ask if I wanted a refund, 3rd Replace it without me having to hold on to the meal for 3 whole days. I will not be giving anymore of my $$$$$ to this Jerk.... His demanor was not friendly or courteous at ALL. Ken the owner...
Read moreThis place is brilliant. The menu is limited, but that allows the staff to have perfected what they do offer. Any of the wraps are great, and can be topped as you like from the enticing array of toppings, displayed a-la-Subway behind the counter as they prepare your food. Various raw and pickled veggies, taboulleh, hummous, and a variety of sauces and Lebanese relishes can be added, at no extra charge. Try the oddly-named "cream chop." It's not chopped, and contains no cream, but is simply--and wonderfully--breaded and deep-fried slices of either chicken or beef, used in either a sandwich or as part of their more elaborate dinners. The kebabs, the rice, and even the fries are all first class. Salads--fattoush and others--are made to order while you watch. This is a true mom-and-pop operation, and I'm rooting for these folks. They deserve to get rich. It's that good. I live about half a mile down the street, and this has become a go-to...
Read moreI love this place!! The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy for you!! I like getting the shawarma bowl. The bowl has delicious bed of rice. Then I add the pink pickled turnips, yellow cabbage, beets, onion mix, cucumbers, red onions, red cabbage, and banana pepper rings, topped off with the best Tahini Garlic Spread that Ken makes fresh every day and Hummus along with the tender marinated chicken breast slices. YUM YUM! Ken and Ann the Owners and the young Adriana, Amanda, Brian and Conner are wonderful to talk to. Don't listen to the bad comments of the person(s) before this interview. That's their competitors talking. They're lying. WoW is a family business and they are wonderful people providing us with wonderful tasty delicious and fresh nutritional foods!! Can't wait to go back and get some more. Yum Yum!! Thanks WOW I really believe the food they serve is a...
