Burger King — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

I went to this Burger King yesterday to order 3 meals. The woman taking my order was very impatient. We all have ordered from fast food restaurant and know that we can’t have high expectations, but I do expect to treated with a certain level of patience and respect. The place was empty with no one waiting in the drive thru so there was no reason for her to be in a rush. I asked her to give me a minute and she immediately asked me again for my order. After I started to talk, she kept cutting me off as I was trying to complete my order. She then got attitude with me when I asked her to please let me finish and then argued with me about what I had ordered. They had me wait in the parking lot for my food to be ready, which makes no sense because there were no other customers there. When I got my meal and ate the chicken sandwich, it had a fishy flavor and fries didn’t have any salt on them and were a little undercooked. So needless to say, I was very disappointed and it made my stomach feel nauseous. I ended up getting sick from it. So not sure if she did something to my food or it was just bad, but I think the company needs to train its employees better in customer relations. So went to Burger King Okeechobee and Royal Palm Beach Blvd in Loxahatchee and the staff was out of it. They were rude and lied and apparently contaminated my food. Not mayo! Can someone help identify what this is on here ? Hope I don't get sick Burger King. The manager did not want to refund my entire money back and did not know what this was and refused to give me the phone number to higher management. Not done with this. Will post update later. Update: Praise God ! The store manager Sarah was awesome. She reviewed the video and didn't catch anything but nevertheless she explained there was an issue mostly with the oil and bread chemistry in contact with the oil. She refunded me the entire meals and apologized. I will keep going back ! I’ve never watched people work slower in my life. And I manage a team of people so I know what hustle is, this group of degenerates has none. Whoever trakeiveon is and alyxes sounds like two completely made up names couldn’t make my double cheese burger in the 20 mins that I waited there first in my car and then inside where I just asked for a refund at that point. I watched someone come in after two other people and he got his food first which was totally insane cause what about the other people that have been waiting 15-20 mins.
