Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

Did not have the best experience with this Papa Johns. Ordered from their app, said approximately 43 minutes. Kept checking the app tracker and noticed driver was all over the place in different areas. I know they aren't reliable trackers but it just seemed off. I also know the approximately is just an estimate and realize that can definitely not be the case. I expect 5,10,15, maybe even 20 minutes over that is okay but it was exactly 1 hour and 20ish minutes so that was 40 minutes over the approximate time. Which I feel is insane. And when pizza was dropped off, it was just thrown in the chair sideways and the delivery driver ran off. We received all of our food items, but no sauces that were suppose to be in the boxes and the food was cold. We had to reheat our food in the microwave. Reached out to Papa Johns, hopefully going to receive an e-mail back with at least an apology. Probably won't order here again.

Today I waited 30 minutes on two pizzas went into this location to pick it up and they were having issues with their card reader, how let me say how unprofessional it was that the lady there argued with me that it was my fault instead of manually typing in my card or trying to find a resolution to the problem instead, she bickered with me I then said fine. I’ll have to leave the pizzas and she said OK bad customer service talk about not feeling like a valued customer, that young lady should be terminated. This place is disgusting. I happily walked right next-door and bought two delicious pizzas and my card went through just fine. I think these employees need some etiquette classes and need to be taught on how to value their customers more and how to be professional, and find solutions to problems For their customers to make them feel valued instead of arguing with them and saying oh well and letting them walk...

I called and i Ordered for my daughter’s birthday. They told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. I got there “2”minutes after 15 minutes and I was there waiting for 45 minutes after almost an hour. To find out they give me the order and I check it and It’s completely wrong. I asked for the manager. He was very rude/disrespectful he Canceled my order without my authorization and took the pizzas out of my hand. I then asked for his name. He did not want to give it to me until I threaten him with corporate and he told me his name was “STANLY”This is the west palm beach Royal Palm Beach location area code 33411 this is not good customer service, and would not recommend this place to anyone this man should be FIRED for his services . Not only do I have a disappointed daughter, but I am very disappointed myself in what type of customer service Papa John’s is providing! again I would never recommend this...
