This Dunkin’ Donuts in Royal Palm always seems to have young minded minor working who don’t have great customer service at all the manager who I’ve seen there through the years does a wonderful job and she’s a older lady and she always goes through with a customer request that isn’t too much to ask for every time I request my drink one certain way the newer team or other people always tell me they can’t do it or won’t do it and I’m aware and I always get my drink the same Way I don’t want freaking whipped cream on my drink They always offer me whipped cream as a substitute, and I literally tell them what I rather have. The manager always gives it to me because she know That’s literally the only thing I come for So today I wanted it just what I usually get into young personnel We’re working the window and I explained to them that usually I do get the what I requested but instead they tried to give me whipped cream and I said never mind thank you It just makes me so salty because I’m aware the manager already explained to me and I pay for it every time that’s just how My drink and when they tell me, I can’t have it. It’s like I wasted my time and my money on gas even coming to Dunkin’ Donuts. I really used to love it here back in like 2009 when you had really cool window people at a very small drive-through with a bush blocking any intruders. But now Dunkin Royal Palm location has went to shit shit construction nearby didn’t even bother me as bad as their customer service I’ve literally called and complained before and they fixed the problem but every time there’s turnover, this is the same problem. There shouldn’t be any problem when the customer request one particular ingredient difference that’s not even a up charge. It’s basically the same thing. Isn’t the customer always supposed to be right? Where is the customer service? I love the manager here and I don’t even know if she’s still here anymore. they seriously need to stop hiring minors to work in the morning who don’t know what they’re doing. I’m all for a better chance but this like seriously guys come on we need to do better. Publix is...
Read moreI went to Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday Dec -14th, my idea was to buy the favorite donuts my kids (Boston Cream) , we park the car, and start walking, as soon we arrived the main entrance we notice a very disgusting odor, I told my wife maybe some death animal or who knows. Well inside of the store, it was only two people working. One of the cashier tell us to wait a few. After maybe 5 minutes waiting finally the cashier comes to take our order. I asked for two(2) boston cream and my wife decide in the last minute to have a chocolate donuts; so i asked for a extra one. The cashier asked how many you want to order. I looked my wife and repeat the order again 2 boston cream and one chocolate donuts. The cashier put the donuts in a bag, with no napkins, literally drop the bag on the counter and left. I looked again my wife saying what kind of service is this. So I put my card to pay and had to wait for the printer pint out my receipt and take it. Honestly I understand some restaurants has busy hours, etc, but not only the goods or the food is the service you sale, the experience of the customer, how special you makes your customer feel is also part of the sale. Please train better your staff with a good quality of...
Read moreWorst Dunkin’ Donuts ever, rude customer service no professionalism what’s so ever, I don’t know how companies don’t have any revgaurds or disaplanry actions for behavior like this, this used to be in my daily route to my office and my go to place for treats for my office I have gone here and they have messed up several occasions, we are all human and mistakes happen however it’s how you conduct your self after these mistakes happen especially if it happen quite frequently, as a restaurant 1 you should never be serving cold food to cut your cost. 2 it is not the costumers job to assemble food they have purchased we are not animals and are not eating food from someone’s leftovers. As a manger and or store owner to convince your store you want someone to carry around spoiled food from days old to please you, that blows my mind that a big business you feel you have to watch a few $$ and lose loyal customers. According to the owner Susan A that’s exactly what she said yes it is your responsibility to open open up all the foods put ur hands and face into it the sandwich’s and make sure they are done I cannot believe how unprofessional people can continue running business I for sure will not...
